My experience here was not good. I live about an hour and 30mins from the store and called ahead to make sure they had availability to embroider my scrubs and how long it typically took. The lady I spoke to on the phone told me she had no orders today so I was in luck and it would only take an hour to an hour/half. I dropped my scrubs off at 1pm and returned at 210pm to check the status of my scrubs. I was told my the lady in the store that she did not start them and it could be another hour or two. I explained that I called ahead and drove 1.5hrs. She told me because I didn't buy the scrubs through them that I was not considered a priority. I asked to have my scrubs returned and I'd go else where and another woman came out from the back and said she would start them right away and they were done within 20mins. Horrible customer service experience buy appreciate the woman who came out to help after I waited 3 hours.

If I could give zero stars I would. I traveled 45 minutes to buy scrubs for work and not all petites were out in stock, I was told to try the regular just for fit other than length. I had four tops I was trying to match with pants. I handed what I wanted to the clerk as well as the one regular length which I told her I did not want. When I got home I had the regular length pair also. I drive back the following weekend and was treated very rudely by Brittany A. When I tried to explain she got even more rude. No customer service attitude!

Has everything you need with your clean professional attire for your work dressing in fashion. Staff friendly and very helpful. Kind and courteous. Nice place with alot of variety. Highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My mom is a physician who works 15-16 hour shifts daily especially during this pandemic. I am extremely revolted and disgusted by the treatment she received at this store when she went to pick up her uniform. The woman at the register who was the only employee available spoke really rudely. It's 2020, learn to be inclusive and welcoming.

I had excellent service....owner and family went above and beyond to help me find a stethoscope. However, she and employee at Altoona store did not wear masks! And this is a store that caters to healthcare professionals!
