They were very friendly and so helpful. Something went wrong and fixed it on the spot with no issues. They were knowledgeable and kind. They were kind and courteous despite the full parking lot, holiday weekend, and full garage. Can’t say enough nice things. I would highly recommend this team!

Had a tire that kept going flat. Not only did they get me in right away, but they took care of it for me without me having to worry about anything else. THEY let me know about their amazing promotions going on right now. BUY ONE GET ONE. I will by far be going here every time I have an issue. Great customer service, awesome service manager, highly recommended

Live out of town, broke down. They gave me towing company number who was there in 10 mins. Looked at my car immediately and had it up and running. Timothy and Alec were absolutely wonderful! I was so grateful for both of them!

I had an issue with a tire holding pressure. I called Monroe the manager said "bring it in." They were able to diagnose and repair it quickly. The manager/staff were professional and polite. Thank you.

Stopped to get some help bending a peice of exhaust pipe for a project and they was very helpful. They ended up making a new peice of pipe for me based off the measurements I needed. I would recommend them to anyone as they seem to be running an honest business.

Great people! I go here all of the time for my maintenance on my company vehicle. I decided to take my personal vehicle there to get the works. They all took great care of us and did everything they could to give us a great price.

Took my car in for a scheduled appt. The original apt was on Sunday but I received a call stating they were overbooked and needed to reschedule my appt. Even though rescheduling meant my inspection would be out of date, I agreed to reschedule. Arrived a few minutes early for my simple inspection and tire rotation. My car is new and has low miles so I figured it would be quick and easy. Waited almost an hour and still my car hadn't been pulled into the garage. I complained and my car was then brought in. Inspection and tire rotation completed and still had to wait to be checked out. Only one other person waiting for a car during this time. When I went to check out, the lady asked me if I had bought my tires from Monroe. Umm...no. my car is new. It has the factory tires on it. She then proceeded to try to sell me tires and said mine were worn. My car isn't even a year old and I rotate my tires regularly. I'm not sure if she was confused as to which car she was talking about but I definitely did not buy new tires. I have used this Monro for many years and never experienced this. And an inspection and tire rotation cost me $95, $70 for the inspection and $25 for the tire rotation. That is ridiculous. I will not be using Monro for an inspection again. I will give them one more chance but if my next service is as bad as this last one, I will take my cars elsewhere. All my previous experiences were positive at Monro. This was my first time dealing with the woman at the counter. Maybe she was the issue.
