This place sucks I will not buy another truck off them when I pay all that money extra so I have a rent a car when my truck breaks down and I don't even get one. And I pay 265.00 each time and I only had the truck 1 year now and it been in the shop 5 times already

I had a very satisfactory experience at Raystown Ford. My car was repaired after extensive deer damage and turned out perfect. I picked up a shiny clean car with a full tank of gas. Leah, the body shop manager, was very knowledgeable of the process and had an answer to all of my questions. She was also consistent with updating me regularly on the progress being made on my car. Leah dealt with my insurance company, who didn’t make the process easy and tried to send cheap parts. Leah made certain my car was repaired with quality parts and as quickly as possible. I am greatly appreciative of the help and patience Leah gave! Thanks so much!

Very happy with our New 24 Super Duty. Last minute stop before going to buy at a different truck at a different dealership and we are happy we did. I called Raystown Ford and asked for Ted the salesman and he said stop and check out this truck. When we arrived, they had the truck ready for us to test drive and went to work On the sales agreement with our trade. Within 30 minutes, Robin the sales manager presented an outstanding sales agreement and had us approved with the bank.
We have bought a lot of vehicles over the years from dealerships but I never had making a deal this easy. Everyone At Raystown Ford were kind courteous and answered all questions that we had. Ted or salesman at delivery went over the entire truck to make sure that we understood how everything worked. I can’t express enough how happy we are that we went to Raystown Ford. Now off to Rodeos safely in style with our New Super Duty.

They were very helpful finding a replacement tire after I encountered a fast leak on the highway. The original tire wasn’t safe. It had a temporary patch that I got in the previous town, but the people there gave me Jeff’s phone number, telling me to call him in the morning. That’s what I did and Jeff and the crew at Raystown Ford took care of me. This picture is of the wounded tire.
