My experience at cricket was the staff there really friendly and kind they help you answer any questions you have and they help you if you have anything wrong with your phone I would definitely recommend this place to others

We went in to upgrade my daughter's phone from an Android to an Iphone. Sales agent Heather went above and beyond with helping us. She didn't just make a sale. She setup the phone, carried over the contacts & pictures, helped with the screen protector, etc. I couldn't have asked for anything more. She made sure we knew and had everything we needed. Not rushed or tech talked over our heads. I'd give her 20 stars if I could. 100 percent recommend Cricket and Heather!
