I bought $300 worth of lumber from them including a few sheets of osb. I asked if they could cut 2 sheets of osb in half for me and they said they could absolutely do that.I got home and the measurements were off on 1 of the cuts and won't work for my project. No big deal, I'll just go back and have them cut a new one for me. I called them to tell them it was miscut and I'll need a new one. They told me that they had a saw that can't make exact cuts and I was SOL.I know that there's not a lot of profit available in selling lumber and getting me a new sheet of osb might very well wipe out the profits that they made from me. But you would think that they would fix the mistake that they made especially for a customer that just spent $300 on their store.
