Never answers their phones no matter time of day, keeps sending packages back to facilities that JUST sent those packages to this location, tracking information wrong on the most part so never know when it will be delivered if at all. Would give 0 stars if it was possible.

My package has been at this location for months!!! This was the office my package was sent to from overseas to be forwarded to me in Utah, but this post office still has my package and has not shipped it in over 3 months. I have tried to reach out via phone but no one answers. Please answer your phones!

Keeps closing early, no consistency. I come a little after 4 and I’ve been hit 3 times with a “sorry for the inconvenience, closing early” sign. Waste of my time, I’ll go to another location

The costumer service from Shane was the best! She was very welcoming and helpful with my questions and sending of mail. There should be more postal service workers like her. Thanks Shane.

I live near the bustleton location but I take the extra time to come to this location. This location is fully stocked with the proper labeling and pens! The clerk Shane deserves a raise! Shane had excellent customer service and was very welcoming. I highly recommend this particular post office.

Please be patient with our postal workers during this busy holiday shipping season. Mistakes happen everywhere & when my package went missing I received callbacks & status updates by a conscientious Huntingdon Valley employee until situation resolved. Happy Holidays ❗

Arty told me that.my package coming from India was a fraud. It wasn't a fraud. The tracking number dropped off and there was no further information. This was an issue with the POST OFFICE not the vendor. (I did receive the package eventually.)They don't even bother to answer their telephones. If I was spreading lies and misinformation, I wouldn't answer the phone either.This office is a DISGRACE.

Stay away!!! Absolutely worthless lairs!!!!My business is open on Saturdays and in most cases no one comes to deliver. I am getting packages and almost every Saturday trucking number says that business was closed. Checking my surveillance system and there was no USPS delivery truck nor mailman. Can not tell how many times I had to go to post office before it closes and demand answers and grab my package. Every time manager apologizes and assured that its going to fixed. Unfortunately, nothing is changed over long time and now I have to drop my work and run again before they are closed. Please, just fire employees who responsible for their actions!!!!Update!!! Same day run to post office and talked to manager. He sad that he is new in this location and the mailman is also new. He contacted his mailman who was still on his route and guaranteed that the driver will come back and deliver package by 2Pm. As always, that was just another lie. No one came to deliver. How come junk mail is delivered on regular base? Why USPS gets bailed out by government? How they can buy new Mercedes trucks to deliver? When enough is enough?

Seriously the early closing is the most frustrating thing. Hire people if lack of employees is the issue. Ridiculous.
