The worst pharmacist and pharmacy staff you could imagine. Ignorant and arrogant for no reason, like you work at Rite Aid calm down. They are beyond nasty on the phone( the nasty female that answers is sickening), nasty in person and the most lazy Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. No wonder Rite Aid is going out of business. Hopefully this one’s next because it’s always dead and the only reason people still go for is the pharmacy. They would be way better off, finding another one and for everyone else save yourself the hassle and obnoxious dealings with the staff. Again hopefully Rite Aid closes and the lousy pharmacy staff have to find new jobs. The positive about this store is the customer service staff as far as the store itself are great very sweet. I’l It’s also very clean.

I needed information about getting a prescription refill and I did not have the number. I gave the young lady my date of birth and she immediately gave me my answer and also that I had another one that had be refilled. She was very polite and pleasant. It is a pleasure to do business with this pharmacy.

The store was much larger than the one nearest to me that closed. I found my eye med AREDS at a discount under another label. The associate that checked me out was very helpful and explained the points system to me to maximize my savings. Although I didn't visit the pharmacy on my last visit, previous visits have shown the pharmacists to be friendly and knowledgable.
I saved 35% on the cost of the items I purchased with coupons and bonus points

I usually don’t have an issue. Come here to shop for things. So I come in today and Barbara is at the register and walked away. I walked up to the register Barbara Huff, and puffed that I walked up to the register. She continued to tell me that I can use the self check out if I’m paying cash in a rude manner Period. I told her I needed stamps. That’s why I came to the register. Then she decided to tell me that there were no stamps. It’s not the fact that there were no stamps. It’s the condescending answers and the way she treated me that these two stars were given.

Pharmacy never ever answers the phone! It's a shame because most of the associates in the store are really great. I have issues with the pharmacy but in all fairness they are probably short staffed! Whatever the reasons is it makes using them an inconvienance.

I can see already that I will have issues with this pharmacy. I don't like people who work in customer service and have condescending tones when talking to people on the phone. I've been in this Rite Aid several times, but recently had my prescriptions moved there as the Rite Aid closer to me closed. If this is what I can expect from the pharmacy department from this Rite Aid, I'll choose another pharmacy.

The Rite-Aid store at Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006 was clean as well as the bathroom. Neatly marked prices along with the main titles specifying the aisles that are numbered. Friendly and quick checkout.
