Thier driver jason stevenson hit my daughters car and the driver left the scene I was given thier contact information I called to get the mess straightened out the woman that answered hung up the phone when I stated why I was calling now they wont pick up my call!!
That is the type of buisness they are aparently.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring New Horizon Movers for my relocation, and I must say that it was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating ordeal. I regretfully have to give them a one-star rating.To begin with, the communication with New Horizon Movers was abysmal. It was nearly impossible to get hold of them on the phone, and when I did manage to reach someone, they seemed uninterested and unhelpful. They were often late in responding to my inquiries, leaving me feeling uncertain and anxious about the upcoming move.On the day of the move, the troubles only escalated. The movers arrived several hours later than the scheduled time, without any prior notification or apology. Their lack of punctuality disrupted my entire day and caused unnecessary stress.Furthermore, the movers displayed a lack of professionalism and care throughout the process. They were rough with my belongings, resulting in damaged furniture and broken items. It was clear that they did not handle my possessions with the necessary caution and attention.To add insult to injury, they seemed disorganized and ill-prepared. They did not come equipped with the proper packing materials, forcing me to scramble and find alternatives at the last minute. This unpreparedness only prolonged the moving process and added unnecessary delays.Lastly, the final cost of the move was significantly higher than the initial estimate provided. New Horizon Movers failed to communicate the additional charges effectively, leaving me shocked and frustrated when presented with the final bill. This lack of transparency and unexpected fees were extremely disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of.Overall, my experience with New Horizon Movers was an absolute nightmare. Their lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and careless handling of my belongings were utterly unacceptable. I strongly advise against using their services, as they failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a moving company.

I have recently moved using the services of move me do. Manny arrived on time. They were wearing masks at all times and moved swiftly to the new address. The furniture were wrapped professionally using carpets and there were absolutely no damage after the move. Some of my furnitures weren't assembled properly in my previous apartment.

I used these guys to help my dad move. David and Matt worked with our schedule, showed up on time, and ended up finishing the job in less time than estimated. My parents were pretty happy that they treated their furniture with a great balance of respect and efficiency. Would recommend.

Manny and Bob moved my two bedroom apartment. They were very professional and upfront with their customer service for my business relocation. They were able to answer all the questions. I've had very bad experiences in the past and I did not have any of that with them. I would highly recommend for anybody who wants good quality service.

Great service! they moved me super quick and got everything too and from my apartments safely. They provided me warehouse storage services. I needed movers last minute and they were able to help me the same day. Arrived early and both did an amazing job. If I move again I will definitely be hiring them!

We had a really nice experience with this company, will definitely use them again, and are happy recommend them. Everyone we encountered was professional, responsive, organized, and friendly. The movers we had (Bob and David) were exceptionally nice, thoughtful, and professional. We had a complicated four-stop move, and they handled it perfectly, checking in with us at all the right times. They were so helpful and professional as well. Thank you so much to everyone!

We are super pleased with New Horizon Movers & Stoarge services! We're moving out of state, and David and Bob did a really awesome job loading! They were super nice & professional, worked very diligently, wrapped everything really well for protection, and loaded everything safely & meticulously to make everything fit. I also recommend to all of my friends, and they are always pleased.

We moved from our 2 bedroom apartment into our home. Manny and Bob helped us and did a fantastic job! They were amazing. Nothing was damaged and they worked so quick. I would recommend them again and again. Thank you and everyone for helping make our move stress free. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

Manny and David are awesome! They got me moved in the rain and the whole process only took a couple hours. They wrapped all my furniture and dismantled whatever needed to be dismantled, loaded it.They were on time, courteous, responsive and friendly. All of my furniture was deliver undamaged and they also took care to not damage the walls at the old place and the new house. I was thoroughly impressed by their attention to detail. If you need moving help this is the outfit to hire. Fair, attention to detail, on time and careful.

Amazing service from start to finish! My friend recommended these guys. They were very responsive to make the reservation, offered a very good work, arrived on time, and did a great job. We have the most difficult couch in the world to move, and they worked hard to make sure they could get through the door! I will definitely be using them again for my next move. Great job. Prompt. Disassembled my beds and couches and wrapped up everything to protect them. They work quickly and they reassemble everything quickly. Omar and Matt were terrific and very friendly and checked in us and asked exactly where wanted things moved. Great job and very satisfied.

I recently used this company. They packed stuff properly and there was no damage to any furniture. They even disassembled and assembled my 2 beds and a crib which was a huge relief. Best part is their customer service who were following up throughout the move and making sure that everything goes as planned. Overall it was a great experience and I am going to use their services in future moves as well.

David and Luke were amazing. We were moving from a 2nd floor apartment so moving the furniture was tough but they still did it good. They wrapped our stuff pretty good, made sure both TVs are working fine before and after the move. Highly recommended! Both of them were really nice and gets the job done.
