“I went to Rick to fix my piercings I got two years ago that never healed right. Rick let me know that he didn’t want to just switch my jewelry out because it could aggravate the piercings and make it worse. He said to give it time to heal and maybe consult with a doctor and then come back when everything was better.I appreciated his candor and his explanations of the difference between a piercing bump and a keloid as well as his recommendations on how to care for it.He could have just put a new piece of jewelry in, taken my money, and called it a day, but he cared more for my health than making a quick buck. I will definitely be back when I’m all healed!”

“The Clover Market actually moves around the area, and the one I went to this year was held in Collingswood. I heard it was the only one in Jersey this year. They claim there are 100 vendors, but I really don't feel like it was that many, though I saw that there were a few booths were artists split a booth. Now, this ain't your neighborhood grandma using Michael's ribbons on sale with her 25% coupon to make wreaths that you slap onto your front door. For many of the booths, it was gallery quality, and the prices reflect as such. Everyone was super, super friendly. My favorite booth was the guy who handcrafted amazing whirligigs. I had to buy a flying pig that used bird feathers to catch a breeze. Stunning, and for $40, I had to get it.”

Beau, their dog, is also adorable. This is one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had. Every step of the process was transparent in terms of pricing, timing, and everything. “The first time I went to Royal Jewelers, I was there to see if they could fix the closure on a new pair of S. Smith earrings, the loop wasn’t completely closed on one of them. First, I’d like to note that both employees greeted me, even though they were both with other customers & let me know they would be right with me. I showed Howard my earrings, all he needed was a week! When I went back for them, the closure on both earrings had been perfectly recreated! The way they should’ve come in the first place! I was delighted! Almost a week later, I went back to see if they could fix my platinum and white gold ‘anchor’ ring, that I had somehow managed to split right at the tip. Another week & my beautiful ring is back in one piece and as shiny as the day it was purchased! You can’t tell it was ever even damaged.These guys are friendly and knowledgeable. I currently have my eye on a Scorpio pendant to purchase & I intend to have them clean my jewelry next! Highly recommended!! *****”
