Dude I’m staying at this gym for life….Atmosphere: Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. You can tell because there is great camaraderie amongst the staff and those training.Results: I’ve been here 2 or 3 months and feel so much stronger than when I started (or ever). If you show up and work hard there is no way you don’t see results.Modifications: I’m young but have had a few injuries that can give me trouble. Doc is awesome at modifying things and correcting form so you don’t hurt yourself and still get a killer workout.Flexible schedule: hours are amazing! People even bring their kids! Just show up!!! You’ll be glad you did!!!

I cant say enough about how amazing Docs 6 week program is. I’ve trained with a number of different trainers who were all great, but Doc by far is the best! Im currently on week 4 of 6 and can’t be happier with how things are going. I’ll be signing up for another 6 weeks for sure! If your serious about getting into shape, this is your guy! You won’t regret it. Highly recommend!

WARNING: the owners take advantage of the employees they hire. I don’t care how “great” your workout is. The person you train with (unless it is money hungry Doc himself) will not be paid for the job well done. They refuse to pay the employees. First they pay you under the table, so they don’t have record of you working there, then when you complain about not getting paid they fire you and ignore you for two weeks. Don’t support a small business that doesn’t take care of their employees!!!!

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!!Horrible with clients, rushed my entire workout.....but I heard from a reputable source they don’t pay their employees !!!!I wanna support small business but not ones that are greedy and horrible to the people who are needed to have the business run.My planet fitness, has an amazing trainer who gets paid!!!!

After years of roller coaster fitness "flashes in the pan" I am as certain as I can be that this is the place for me. Clearly, it's not just for 60 year old men because, somehow, Doc and his wife powerfully connect with our 16 year old son and 20 year old daughter (Both student athletes who've been committed for months and are measurably stronger and better.) Doc provides nutrition advice that has nothing to do with dieting and everything to do with the realistic lifetime benefits of fitness!

Doc Strong Fitness has been life changing for our entire family. My husband began there when he was having long term knee issues. The doctor recommended surgery and a friend recommended that he try working with Doc. Doc worked on strengthening his knee and he avoided the surgery. It has been an ongoing process. He then jumped into and won his first six week challenge. Under Doc's program he lost 29 pounds with increased muscle mass and a drastically reduced body fat percentile. After the challenge, I jumped in with both feet and began joining him at the gym for 5 days a week training. I too have experienced tremendous results all around. Our son plays football and is a catcher for baseball. Working with Doc has given him the confidence he needs to be successful on the field and off. Working with Doc has instilled amazing confidence and has provided life lessons that transcends the baseball and football fields. Working with Doc isn't just going to a gym - it is adopting a way of life. You become part of the Doc Strong Family - the best thing we ever did!!

I first tried Doc Strong Fitness during a 6-week Fall challenge. I cannot say enough great things about Doc Strong Fitness and Doc's training style. I saw results in the first few weeks. I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to join. He has a bad shoulder, bad back, and bad knees. He didn't think he would be able to workout, but Doc knew exactly how to train him while protecting his knees, back, and shoulder. He has not only lost weight, but has gained strength in his legs helping his knees tremendously. We both highly recommend Doc Strong Fitness for all fitness levels.

I love love love this gym! I actually look forward to waking up at 4:30am to get to the 5am classes. The coaches are wonderful and genuinely care about your progress in strength and your own personal goals as well. The classes are different every time which I enjoy and never get boring. Plus you focus on a different muscle group each day to make sure you’re getting all around fitness. My dad has also done the classes as well so it’s a great gym for all ages! Check it out and meet a great group of people with the similar fitness goals!

I started with Doc not long after my husband had passed. I was in a place where I needed something/ someone to help me get in shape, not only physically but mentally. Not only did I get in shape, I found a trainer and a gym where I felt at home. Doc Strong fitness became the place where I found the strength and courage to create a new normal . As my body became stronger, I found the motivation and strength to be a better mom, a better person and start day by day, creating a new normal for me and my family . Doc motivates you, challenges you and helps you achieve the goals you want for yourself. He hold you accountable for your workouts and makes you want to get up, get in and get it done . I’ve been part of the Doc Strong family for many years and will definitely keep showing up and getting it done ✅

I cannot recommend Doc Strong Fitness enough! I started a program with Doc over a year ago because I had reached a plateau in my weight loss journey to lose 50 lbs. Right from the start, Doc helped to set up achievable goals and taught me proper nutrition. Through the unique programming of classes and expert personal training, along with the support of an amazing community, I ended up surpassing my own goals and expectations with a few months losing 60 lbs total which I have been able to maintain to this day. I have also steadily lost body fat (33% down to 24%), gained muscle tone have never felt better in my life. I was stressed when they had to temporarily close due to the Covid-19 pandemic but being always dedicated and supportive of all of their clients, they have set up amazing at-home workouts so we can stay on track with our fitness goals. I will never want to work out anywhere else!

I can not be more serious when I say this gym changes lives! I started going to FIT Southampton over a year ago and was introduced to DOCs training through a six week fitness challenge and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I would work out at FIT then go see DOC for personal training and it’s truly remarkable how he just knows what movements and machines will give each person their maximum results. He pushes you to be the best version of yourself and motivates you to meet the goals you set. Its honestly amazing how he does it. He seems to know what your capable of and makes want to try harder! Since I started at FIT Southampton and Doc Strong Fitness over a year ago my body has completely transformed and I FINALLY feel comfortable in my skin! I never thought I would see the day where I could say that. If your looking for a change in your life for the better you NEED to checkout this gym, the results will undoubtably speak for themselves!

I love Doc’s style of working out. A different body part every day, including core and cardio. This is a real TOTAL BODY work out! His style works! If you listen and work out and eat what he tells you to, your body will change for sure!! This is not just a gym.... it is all inclusive fitness and nutritional coaching! There are so many different levels of people and we all work out together and help one another. It’s a no judgement zone for sure! Doc is available anytime! He’s always at the gym just waiting for his clients to come. I am 55 years old and I am in the best shape of my life!
