Mike and Jim took the time with us to bounce ideas around and bring our design to life while Serge and team delivered excellent results. The team was flexible as we made changes along the way. I found that diamond kitchen and bath had the best selection of all the kitchen and bath places! I had so much to choose from and the customer service was excellent. Mike was the salesman who helped me get exactly what I wanted. He was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. I want to do another project just so I can use them. I highly recommend this place and if you use them you will be so happy you did.

I planned my kitchen remodel for a long time and knew exactly what I wanted. I met with many cabinet providers and some contractors and found that most had their own idea of what I should buy and how much I should spend. I was very discouraged until I met with JIm at Diamond Kitchen & Bath. Jim assured me I could and should have exactly what I wanted and that they would do it for me. Mike, the owner, did a great plan for me, and made small changes according to my preferences. (He knew more than I did.) They got me prices for things I wanted, handled all the details and set up the demolition and installation according to my schedule. They took ownership over the entire project, which was organized beautifully. My cabinets (Fabuwood, really really recommend) came in beautiful condition and were installed in only one day. Were there some bumps in the process? Yes. But the final result is everything I wanted, expertly finished. I am very happy with my beautiful kitchen and very grateful for Diamond Kitchen & Bath. They were honest, hard-working, supportive and helpful. You can trust them.

Just got a new kitchen counter and backsplash from Diamond Kitchen and Bath. Mike was so easy to work with. He understood what I wanted and made it happen at a reasonable price. The tile work was exceptional and we are very happy with our updated kitchen.

We used Diamond Kitchen and Bath to replace our kitchen countertop and floor and to install a backsplash. Jim and Mole were both helpful with picking out tile and flooring and Eddie did a great job with the installation! We're very happy with our new look! We highly recommend their business!

We had Diamond K&B remodel all three of our bathrooms over the past 10 years and they've been great to work with on all of the projects. Recently, we needed a replacement cartridge valve for our shower since it's been 10 years. Mike was fantastic, he was able to guide us through getting a replacement valve and Paul came out and installed it quickly. He even remembered working on the initial remodel even though it's been 10 years. Great team, professional and obviously extremely experienced.

I cannot say enough good things about the work that was done to renovate the two bathrooms in my condo. There were numerous contractors that I interviewed, and very few people were willing to take on the job because of its complexity and the difficulty with removing the debris from the two bathrooms. Not only was cleanup expertly done during the entire process, the finished bathrooms are exactly what I envisioned for the space.

I am a very happy Diamond Kitchen and Bath customer
Over the past three years i have 2 bathrooms and my Kitchen with complete Diamond Makeover.
The experience starts with the sale. IMO, i have received more value from Diamond than 2 other Bucks County kitchen companies that gave me estimates that are a lot more than Diamond, therefor more value from Diamond.
My designer Mike created a special design based on my needs. In fact, i was educated on what is current and possible with lighting, fixtures, and cabinet storage and easy access to hard to reach places making my experience that much more satisfying.
The day of instal is always stressful preparing for life without a kitchen or bath for a while. I was given some helpful tips on how to prepare my space and make it easier for Diamond to start.
I had several check ins from Mike during the install time. Made me fee like someone was overseeing the work the install team was doing from a distance and that made me happy
The completion of all the jobs were punch list checked by Diamond and looked for details that might have been missed to ensure my overall happiness
You should definitely get an estimate from Diamond and visit their showroom before considering anyone else. You will be glad you did

Mike and Jim at Diamond K&B did an unbelievable job designing and completely remaking our master bathroom. They were professional, on time, clean and priced very competitively. See the before and after pictures below. I highly recommend using them.

I really wish I could give a 5 star review because I was happy with the design process and the finished result but the in-between was not good. I was quoted 4-5 weeks time frame. They sent a 1 person crew who showed up for a total of 7 hours the first week, less than 8 hours the 2nd, about 8 hours the 3rd, 6 1/2 hours the 4th. In the middle of the 5th week I asked the worker if he would be done by the end of the week and he laughed. Meanwhile, my house was in disarray.
I had asked the worker in the first week about how many hours he would be there per week since the contract stated I needed to have my house available M-F 8:30-5:00. When he was only there 7 hours the first week I was concerned. He assured me it would be finished in the 4-5 week time frame. Since he provided the assurance, I did not contact Mike (the owner) until week 5. My biggest frustration at that point was that Mike, instead of accepting responsibility for his worker not putting the time in, turned it onto me and said I shouldn't have waited until week 5 to let him know. In my opinion, a good business practice would be for someone to contact the customer mid-way through the job to see how things are proceeding. Also, he said the 4-5 week timeframe was that the work didn't have to be complete, just usable. While the kitchen was a total renovation, it is a relatively small room, no walls needed to be moved and the flooring did not have to be replaced. There is no way this job should have taken more than 4 weeks. Instead it was almost 6 full weeks until it was complete. Also, when I complained at the end of week 5, now in a rush to complete the job, some of the work done was so sloppy that I had to call Mike again and it had to get re-done. And again, Mike's response was that since I insisted the work be done asap, that's why it wasn't done correctly the first time. I just wanted him to own and acknowledge the fact that his worker did not put in the time he should have to complete the job on time. I wasn't looking for a discount or anything, just someone to take ownership that they dropped the ball.
For that reason, I would never use them again or recommend them.

Diamond Kitchen & Bath renovated two bathrooms for me, one a full gut job and the other a modernization, and they were wonderful. I got great advice ("wouldn't the toilet make more sense on the other other side?") on layout and products, the prices were fair, and Nick, who did most of the labor, was outstanding. I've done other renovations in my house, and there were always problems. There were none this time! It was a pleasure working with everyone, and if there was anything left to do in my house, I'd definitely call them again.

I was very pleased with the workmanship demonstrated by the installers from demo to cleanup. Ernie's diverse skills and work ethic were impressive, from carpentry, plumbing, electrical, tile and painting, He kept me informed from start to finish. The finished product is better than i could have imagined from the design.I was impressed from my first visit to the showroom. Jim helped me with tile, cabinetry and plumbing fixtures. Mike provided a professional drawing of the bathroom after visiting my home and listening carefully to my expectations. Mike and Jim were available at every step to answer all my questions.I highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and bath to build your dream kitchen or bath.

We are overjoyed with how our bathroom turned out. It was completed on schedule and within our budget. The workers couldn't have been nicer or more professional. The site was left clean every day. They showed up when they said they would and worked full days.
