I frequent here at least once to twice a month with two cars. Today, I got the $11.00 wash Halfway in the tunnel my car started turning to the right, then, the car completely stopped. I beeped my horn because I was afraid I wasn’t getting out. Then, before the car was suppose to exit it stopped again and it said to go. I went back to tell the man that was monitoring it and he said I could go back in FREE! I told him there was no way I’d go back in there again. There must of been a malfunction today and I hope it is resolved. I wouldn’t want this to happen to someone else. Very scary.

It’s a pity to wash a car here for 10 dollars , the machine didn’t wash well, it would be better not to use a car wash, it sucks

I really enjoy the touchless wash. Really convenient since it's 24 hours. When I go later in the evening there's rarely a wait. Even if there was, there are self service booths availabke. The place also offers vacuuming with no extra charge

1st timer here. I bought the ultimate plus tire shine. They didn't prescrub my tires before going through. I also feel like barely any soap was used. I was also disappointed there was no one to hand dry my car when I got out. Glenside car wash is 1000x better

They are exceptional with service and value. I had an issue with my power window and they responded so promptly and even comped my next wash. I wish I could give 10 stars!

I just got my car washed and I’m wondering if I really got all the extras that I purchased. When I went into the car wash it only had the blue regular wash and didn’t show any extras that I purchased. I do know that I had a lot of bird poop, but a $20 car wash should’ve taken care of it. There is still bird poop on the drivers side.There is also no way that rain protection and hot wax was added to my car.Service: Car waxing

I’ve been using this car wash for well over a year and it was great, but I’ve noticed the wash isn’t as good as it used to be. Wondering if things are getting worn out. Maybe I’ll try the quick wash? Love the free vacuums! Great prices. Fay runs that place like a pro and is so friendly!
