“Highly recommend coming here to get your car fixed. I needed my PA state inspection complete and got quoted hundreds of dollars for replacements on my car at my local Firestone. I called Ferrari’s as many of my friends and family are customers here. I explained my situation and they instructed me to come in so that they could take a look themselves. After having my car there for 1 day, they called me explaining that my car not only passed inspection, but also all of the replacements that Firestone thought that I needed to pass inspection on their end, I ultimately did not need. Ferrari’s even mentioned that I drove less than 500 miles this year and my breaks (which was something Firestone wanted me to replace) were in great condition. Overall, I went from thinking I needed to spend almost $800 on my car at Firestone, to just needing to pay for my PA state inspection.Ferrari’s is honest, absolute experts in the field and a pleasure to communicate with. I will always bring my car here from now on and I will be referring everyone I know to Ferrari’s moving forward.”
“After my 2005 Honda was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist and my insurance company would have totaled it, my service station recommended Carlson's. When Carlson’s called with an estimate, my son, who knows cars, talked with Greg Bowen, after which he assured me that the estimate was a bargain, and I would be lucky if they could fix the car for that amount. They did! It looks better than before it was hit, it is spotless inside and out, and best of all, even though the itemized bill was higher by several hundred dollars than their first assessment, they only charged me the original estimate. I cannot recommend them too highly.”

“Dennis was so accommodating and professional. I walked in as soon as he opened with an emergency tire situation and he couldn't have been nicer. He quickly pulled the nail out of my tire and patched it while chatting with me. I've had some unfortunate experiences with other auto centers in the area (being harassed and made to feel unsafe as a woman) and Dennis proved there are still good guys in this business. He wouldn't let me pay for the tire patch either. I'll be returning for more service!”

After receiving my car, they constantly communicated with me every step of the way. I didn't have to reach out to them for anything. They kept me fully informed. They were very pleasant and reassuring. I was highly satisfied with the way my car was repaired, and it came with a lifetime guarantee. When I picked up my car, they had detailed it and put gas in it for me. I have never had such specialialized treatment from any shop. I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service. This is the place to go.”
“I've been bringing cars to Chuck's since I started driving. I moved a bit further away a few years ago and started taking my car to a closer shop. I noticed a dramatically lower quality of service to the point where I'd need to return my car multiple times for the same issues.Pretty quickly, I decided to drive the extra distance (past 3 or 4 other auto-shops) to bring my car to Chuck's again, and I haven't been disappointed.”
“After getting a new car 2 years ago, I looked around for a highly reputable hand car wash and found Wheel Works.
I paid for an upgrade during my last visit and didn’t notice until after I left that it wasn’t taken care of. I called to see if anything could be done (understanding if not) and right away Enoch, the manager, told me to come back and he’d take care of it himself. I got another wash on the house, a true upgrade, and a coupon for a free wash - which he absolutely did not have to do.
I will always take my business to honest humans like this guy - if you have a problem with your wash, let him know! Don’t just write a crappy review and complain about it ?”

“Drove to meet Tim yesterday on a BMW 440I he had for sale. After driving in from Erie Pa. was kind of nervous buying a car I had never seen but in pictures on the internet but when we arrived Tim and his staff made us feel comfortable, Tim was exceptional at letting my wife know about the car and answering numerous questions we had (mind you first BMW I have ever owned). There were NO hidden discrepancies with what Tim had posted and the way the car presented. This was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had, Tim and his staff were great and went well beyond our expectations. Drove car back to Erie Pa. and had no issues at all, Tim even texted me later that night to make sure I was safe and happy with the car! In today's world most places get your money and to HELL with ya, not here. When were in the market for another vehicle I will be sure to check with Tim!! (Wish I didn't live 7hrs. away or he would be doing all my service work also) THANK YOU AGAIN!!”
“My husband and I had a severe blowout that we did everything to keep any air in it. I called around all over and when I say all over I mean right down the list. Some said they could help and suddenly they couldn’t. But the I pulled in to Sunoco Safari With finger crossed. The young man who came out to greet us inspected the tires we brought for both rear (we needed the driver side done too before another blow out) was honest and said there there two cars ahead of us and he could call us to come back or we could leave the keys and he would take the car in when it was our turn. We happily handed over the keys and went to Tin Pan Alley Tavern to eat, drink and relax and that was just as fun.
