“I believe the company is under new ownership since I purchased from them the last time and have not had any experience with warranty issues good or bad. However I had excellent customer service and was also clearly briefed on the warranty disclaimer by Eleanor. It makes sense to buy all the other components especially if you are worried about a warranty. I also had the part delivered next day free! Thanks Eleanor. I get this isn't Pepboys or APW where you can return stuff without question but really....their prices for a BRAND NEW OEM compressor were exactly half of everyone's remanufactured unit. If you don't know much about compressors and ac systems have your mechanic order it and discuss the warranty.”
