Highly recommend Denis! we had someone else before that was good. but then we found denis and he was GREAT. he gave us options on how to get the best type of mortage. great at thinking outside of the box. he made us confident in our choice of choosing him. every step of the way, we felt as though we were his number one priority. as first time home buyers this process was scary. but denis was able to keep things calm and answer all 394 questions i had. he was never too busy to talk to us. cant recommend him enough!

I came to Ivan Gridnev through a friend who also used him for their home purchase. The pre-approval process was straightforward. As a first time, self employed home buyer, I had a lot of questions, and Ivan guided me through the entire process. Fast mortgage commitment, with limited conditions and he delivered the same rate as quoted originally. Made a potentially difficult process easy and understandable. Would highly recommend and will use him again.

Denis Zhukov did a such great job .There are such moments in life, and especially when you are selling a house, that you see that you have been used and your realtor, whom you entrusted to sell your house, does not work in your favor, but works in favor of the buyer who wanted to buy your house at a lower price. The realization comes that you have been deceived and you do not have the right to get out of the contract without financial losses. My despair and disappointment surpasses were all emotions. At that very moment I was happy that I found Denis Zhukov. Denis immediately called me and consulted me over the phone for 2 hours. He read my contract, advised what to do and what to write to my lawyer. competent and professional Denis Zhukov helped me analyze my sale. He did his job at a high level , for which I am immensely grateful to him. I received a huge amount of information and practical advice from him. If those who read this review of mine and don’t know what to do with selling, buying houses or refinancing, contact only Denis Zhukov. He will help you professionally at the highest level and will tell you what to do without any pretentiousness. I strongly recommend Denis Zhukov. He works in many states . So, don’t worry if you are in a different state . I am in a different state . I highly recommend him again and again , and definitely will use his professional service in the near future.

Denis Zhukov is like the Mortgage Messiah. My fiancée and I tried to talk to several mortgage companies, banks, etc. and we were lucky if they gave us more than a quick phone call. We just felt so in the dark, lost, stressed, and confused. Fortunately, we came across Denis who completely turned all of that around. He gave us the time of day when nobody else would and it means a lot because Denis is seriously the best of the best. This guy works miracles and I am still in absolute awe at the fact that he managed to pull off getting us our dream home.Nobody else believed we could do it, but Denis did and he wasn't going to give up hope. It meant a lot to have someone who was looking out for us, was positive, built us up, and was ALWAYS there if we needed him or had questions. If you are looking to get a home you seriously need to call Denis because I can say with absolute certainty that you won't find someone better.

If this is not the best lender ever then I don’t know what is …. Absolute Home Morgage made my dream come true .. so much paper work and so much to do but it’s all apart of it and it all paid off…the team who helped me is truly awesome.. we love every thing about our process..we tried many other Lenders and it didn’t even work..
