Let me say this so it's clear to everyone. you do not get your own deer back. You get pieces of everyone else's deer.. they butcher a crapload of deer and just grab and throw whats needed in your bow.. so if you shot a 180lb deer and most shot little yearlings, then you guessed it.. You're getting ripped off .. plus, some hunters are disgusting and hang their deer in 50-60 weather for days, and yep.. you might be getting that garbage...haven't used them in years and never would after I found out their practices.. that's not ok to do to the guys who put the time and effort to only drop older and big bodied deer .. nothing personal on the workers .. they're only doing what their told to do... way to many other butchers in the area who don't follow these practices.. take this review for what it's worth. To each their own.. I wish every hunter who puts the time in the best of luck...come on naugles . You're better than this.... edit.. First off you're tagging policy in no way proves that you're not doing what Most people in the area already know you do. And you were already cited for stealing meat to sell throughout the year instead of donating it to the needy. If that's even how you really got the meat that you were selling throughout the year.. need I post the times leader articles?? I'm gonna leave that all out of it, And I get you have to do what you do. Because it's a business and bad word of mouth Isn't something you want. but come on. I've been to you two or three times in the beginning when I first moved out this direction. I have butchered dozens of deer by myself and I Can tell you right now you don't get back what you dropped off.. But then again, this post and review isn't for you. It's to steer people in a better direction so they get more of their hard earned deer back..people should take it as a grain of salt.. it's just a review..

Staff was super friendly, deer was done in less than a week and everything came out perfect. Even picked up some bacon, scrapple and kielbasa which I’m excited to try. Will definitely be back if I’m lucky enough to get a deer next year.

During rifle season they are overwhelmed with customers. Because of this, they reduced the services normally offered. No 1 lb. bags of burger, No chops, No cubed stew meat. Instead, you can only get 2 lb bags of burger, whole or half backstraps instead of chops, whole chunks of meat instead of cubes (which came in about a 10 lb bag of chunked meat frozen rock solid.) I wouldn't mind so much if it wasn't frozen when I picked it up.on the same day that they called. That way I could vacuum seal the portion sizes I wanted. All this and the price has increased about $30 more from last year. We are paying them top dollar and they should accommodate the type of cuts that we want.

The people here are very nice and it was really clean. I took my deer here to get processed and everything I got back was delicious! Will definitely come here with more deer in the future.

Family owned and operated for thirty plus years and it surely shows. Personable, organized, and more then accommodating to their customers

Dropped off my first ever bear that dressed was 82 lbs. paid $165 to have it caped and very basic cut. I asked for loins to be whole and one entire loin is missing! Very disappointed that it was "left out" of my box but how can I prove it now? They will just say it was in there. But it was not. Very disappointed.

Very nice people. This was my first time there. Very clean place. tag to make sure your deer stays your deer. I wasn’t sure on what to get and he helped me hot dogs are fantastic!!! Snack sticks are made perfect. Summer sausage is the best I’ve ever had. And price was good if you stop in to get whatever you have processed try the bacon and the scrapple. Happy customer here.

Have been taking my boneless venison meat to Naugle’s for four years. Best move I ever made. The cheese Kilbasi hot dogs and red hots are fantastic as are all the other products from venison. The service is great and the turnaround is very fast. The place is spic and span.Do yourself a favor and try his venison products you won’t regret it

Super clean!! The Most important thing when looking at a butchering place. People were nice and got my deer done quickly. Little more expensive then some places but worth the difference when you walk in and its bright, clean and odor free.

Still able to find an old style slaughter house where you can see the beef you buy hanging and cut. Delicious beef sticks and kalbasi.

Dropped a 175lb field dressed deer off, when I went to pick it up, it had 20lbs of pork sausage mixed in that wasn't mine, they took that out and I only got back 62lbs of venison. Their chart said I should receive roughly 94lbs of edible meat. I only had my straps cut into 1/3 size pieces and everything else ground with pork added. When I questioned it, he offered to give me some ground venison, but from where? Probably from others who were ripped off. The place is very clean and friendly, but my family, friends and myself will be going elsewhere for now on.
