While moving cross-country with my wife, son, two GIANT breed dogs, a cat, and two parakeets sardined in our truck while pulling a loaded trailer, we blew a brake line at 2AM on a Monday morning. At 8AM I started calling every repair shop within 20 miles. NOBODY would help. Finally I was referred to Blaine's. Mr. Blaine welcomed a weary and stressed family, stopped everything they were doing, and got our vehicle right in. An hour and a half later and we were repaired and back on the road! We were literally stranded. Mr. Blaine has restored my faith in humanity, which was sorely tested at the moment. I even had a chance to talk with Mr. Blaine's 92 year old father, a Korean War Veteran, and an absolute hoot! I commended him on the values instilled in his son. Unbelievable service, courtesy, and professionalism! We are now safely in Kentucky. Thank you so much!

Mr. Blaine's Auto Repair and Towing responded to my Roadside Assistance call through the Budget Rental at the Philadelphia International Airport. He responded himself to my call, arriving around 10pm, to jump start the rental car after the battery died. When the car battery wasn't taking a charge properly, he determined it was a bad battery and advised me to call Budget Roadside Assistance again at 8am the next morning and request a replacement vehicle or a new battery. He was honest, courteous, said professional. I appreciated his help and assistance greatly. I would recommend his auto repair and towing business to anyone living in the area. My son and daughter in law had trouble late on a Sunday afternoon. These folks (sorry, did not get their names), towed them back to the shop, and took extra effort to make sure the problems were fixed and they were ready to go. We live in Missouri, and our kids are new to the area (Marines), so we could not be there to help them. Thank you for helping them, and for what they said was a great experience! Steven Nothnagel

To start off, myself and my family just relocated to the area from out of state. So far we know little about this state and the ins and outs of where to go for service. Let me just say the man who runs Blaines, and his family are probably one of the most stand up groups of people I have come across. We found ourself in a situation where we needed saving on Father's Day (Our car overheated and started leaking fluid) Knowing I was unfamiliar with PA and with cars in general this man could have overcharged or taken advantage of my ignorance but he did not. He was more than reasonably priced and professional. Him, his wife, and his father made us feel right at home and let our 2 year old run wild. He is 100% deserving of your service. And he no doubtly will always have ours. To Blaine's, thank you for saving the day and giving me one of the best Father's days to date.
