Worst customer service anywhere! First they sell your info to anyone who wants it. Then are not capable of solving issues in a timely fashion. Treated like a piece of dirt. Never again!

After a long week of running around at work, I needed to take a detour to get home and this was just what I needed. I found myself in New Stanton getting fuel and had a check that needed depositing. I did a quick search and made my way here. So another adventure in vehicular banking. After leaving what people considered to be New Stanton I made my way here. I felt like I was being punked. The bank is the only business on this side of the road, the rest is fields. To do my vehicular banking I had to go around the back. If I remember correctly this is not an updated ATM. It spit out an envelope and I had to take a bit of time to fill that out while being yelled at by the machine asking if I needed extra time. Of course I did, I didn't expect to have to do extra work at that point. Did my thing, all while I thought something might have come out of the woods (remember, this is late at night for me). Finish my banking and make my way out to exit. Be careful exiting. The exit for the bank is right next to another road, I mean a fence or a post is separating the two. Pay attention as well. I almost got hit exiting.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK. DECEPTIVE, IGNORANT EMPLOYEES. MOVES YOUR MONEY AROUND TO TRY TO GET YOU TO BOUNCE PAYMENTS OVER THE WEEKEND. STAFF WILL GET MAD WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO MATCH OTHER BANKS RATES. THEY ARE ONLY ABOUT THEMSELVES AND WILL SCREW YOU OVER FIRST CHANCE THEY CAN NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU HAVE!!!

Slow service, they didn't seem busy but I sat in the drive-up for a good 15 minutes just to make a car payment with a line of cars behind me and what seemed to be an empty parking lot

Please don't ever bank here.this bank is a joke they will close your business and personal accounts with out reason,even if it's in good standing for over 10 years. Not competitive with out banks. Will. Give you nothing but excuses when it comes to loans. And won't match other Banks rates. 1 star is to good for these clowns.

Most miserable people you will every meet in your life! All of them. Manager is literally NEVER in the Bank... I literally mean ever. Her name is Christina, that's about all I know, other than her staff telling me "She's not here, she's never here" absentee Manager! In r apical on something since August, all I hear is "it's on my desk, I'll get to it"

Very disappointed with the service at this location. Be careful going through the drive thru posts are very close together and short. Tellers would rather have their own conversation going than take care of customers.
