This is the branch where my packages are delivered from and all I can say, prior to this past week, I hadn't had any issues. I had 3 deliveries within the week, one by a guy named Gabriel and no problems with that one. The other two however, are very concerning to me as I live up on a little hill and all the other fed ex drivers have placed my packages by the door, [yes, that means a few steps or walking up a sloped driveway are involved!]. The two deliveries I had trouble with this past week were left down by the street in open view of everybody driving and walking by and could have easily been stolen if I hadn't been home or paying attention. What's more concerning though is the fact that this driver is indicating that he's leaving the packages at my front door when he isn't - he's blatantly being dishonest! This guy has dark hair, a ponytail, wears glasses, hurries up and hops out of the vehicle, throws the package on a concrete slab by the street, snaps a picture and rushes to climb back in the box truck and drive away. I've got two open ticket numbers now due to complaining but I just wanted to warn people.

The absolute worst shipping service available. Why tell me my package is out for delivery and then not deliver it? It's 2024 how could a company be so horrible at their primary service? All you do is ship. How is it so hard?
FedEx needs to update their tracking methods and quit stating packages are out for delivery and then not deliver them for 2 or more days.

Horrible shipping center. I have had multiple packages & claim they tried to deliver but not even show up. I get auto parts all the time and lately a lot of my packages from this fed ex have been postponed because the driver is too lazy to pick up a 25lb box. And set it in front of my shop. (5 feet from the road)

UPDATED WRONG AGAIN!!! The drivers at this location continually deliver to the wrong house. The Hunker location driver delivers packages to the wrong house leaving them randomly. The photo the driver submitted for delivery showed the package was left at the wrong address (multiple times), nowhere near our residence. Which happens, however, getting FedEx to help is much more difficult because, as I was told by the Virtual Assistant, "Their drivers are on a strict schedule" so going back to get it wasn't an option. I had to submit a missing package claim. Forced through the virtual assistant and had to ask for a human representative before receiving a number to call. The customer service rep added notes to the case but couldn't help me further and I received a standard form email from FedEx and that was the end of FedEx's communication about the delivery. The package arrived at our house, opened, six hours later, based on security footage we couldn't tell if it was the homeowner that delivered it or a contractor, but it wasn't a FedEx employee. We cc'd the vendor with all photo and video footage. Luckily the contents were accounted for and in original packaging.

I was expecting a package today and did not receive it was told weather delay package was not attempted to be delivered. The sun was shining out. I guess new driver didn't want to come on my street even though I received a fed ex delivery 2 days ago. This is not the first time they failed to deliver to me

Orderd some tires that I need it for inspection due July 3rd. Driver got out the truck without the package did not knock on the door and I saw him from the backyard. As you can see he's holding no package only the note he's stuck on the door. Bought tires somewhere else was delivered next day by FedEx.

Package was supposed to be here yesterday after I paid extra for the shipping to get it on time then. Still hasn't arrived today, and tomorrow is Saturday so they're closed. Fed ex is God awful Idk why businesses still use them to ship packages when they can't deliver it in time the first place or the drivers are stealing the packages themselves.

Called FedEx customer support to confirm packaging costs for my return shipment and was told there would be none. FedEx counter lady said there would be charges and tried to blame me for the wrong info FedEx gave me. Unbelievable! Will avoid this location as much as possible.

I see this is common to say "out for delivery" and after you've wasted your entire day waiting for your package they claim "failed to deliver." I would rather they just give me a realistic delivery date instead of lying to me that my package is coming and lying that they came to my house.I will never ship Fedex under any circumstance.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This is the only FedX Shipment Center near me, which is a 30 minute drive— the rest of the FedX locations around me are drop off locations, which I know do not print shipping labels.I have a QR code sent for a return; upon arriving at this location, I stood in line and patiently waited for my turn. While waiting I noted that the customer currently being assisted was sending a parcel out, meaning a shipping label had to be printed.Now tell me why when it was my turn to be assisted, I was flat out told, “No, we do not print shipping labels.” all the while peeling a shipping label in front of me and putting it on the previous customer’s parcel. They did not even ask if I had a QR code— they out right told me no they did not print labels at this location.When going onto the FedX website to find locations that was Full Service, this location was the first on the list. It obviously states on the website that if you have a QR label to bring it into any of the Full Service locations, and they will print it for you.So again, why was I told this location does not print shipping labels all the while peeling one right in front of me.Terrible customer service, terrible interpersonal interaction, terrible attitude, terrible everything.

Fed Ex tried delivering a package three days in a row because of a signature requirement on the box but kept missing someone home.The contents was an $1800 parachute packed in a reused Hello Fresh box. I put a vacation hold after the third attempt which they conveniently have no record of it. Anyway, some imbecile at Fed Ex thought it was perishable and threw it in the trash WITHOUT opening and verifying contents or verifying the shipping information.Countless phone calls went unanswered over a week and I had to physically go to the facility to talk to anyone who remotely knew anything. P&D Manager admitted they blatantly violated their own procedures.Add poor customer service and poor attention to detail to their idiocy. Absolute incompetence.

Told me that it was out for delivery Saturday and never came, then Said it was attempted to be delivered at my house Sunday with 4 people home and awake as well as camera surveillance proving no trucks were ever on the road. Called customer service and they told me it would be delivered Sunday end of the day still. After no updates the fed ex website now is telling me end of day Monday.

FedEx’s system and drivers both lie as if they’re politicians. I continually get told that my packages are out for delivery, followed by a “we couldn’t deliver your package” notice. Then, 2-3 days later, someone finally brings it. Then today, your lazy driver left an 80lb bunk bed box sitting at my mailbox ACROSS the state road from my house- literally along the highway. Funny, the even bigger box delivered the other day was at the top of my driveway next to my garage. How could that be? Oh, that’s right, it’s because UPS delivered it. How lazy can FedEx get???? I’ve lost count how many times I’ve complained- nothing ever changes. UPS and USPS have been stellar, FedEx is anything but.
