Why is it when I call I can’t get someone from are country I want to talk to somebody in hunker not India I have a package that’s been in hunker for a week on a truck with no attempts to deliver I’m 20 mins away what a joke of a company no wonder they have 2 stars

The last several deliveries have been terrible. They don't follow delivery instructions, and they will drive for days on end with my package on board for delivery. I wait at home for the driver and they never come.

Every package that I am supposed to get from FedEx is always shipped to the wtong address and when I try to retrieve it they are no help. In the future I'm going to see who will be delivering my packages if it is this company I will NOT order anything.🤔🤨😡
