The drinks are always consistent and they very rarely run out of a flavor.The prices are reasonable and they care about cycling clearance items properly. “I have been going to this store off and on for around 40 plus years. I even worked there for a time. The prices are a little higher than the average store, but you are paying for the convenience of having access 24/7 365 so it helps pay the wages of those employees to keep the place open and utilities operational. I think for the most part I appreciate how respectful all of the employees are at the store. They always ask me how I'm doing and if they see I need any help they are willing to help me. I am glad to see the store has better security now as well. Overall, I don't think you'll ever really be disappointed with 7-11. They do not have a restroom for public use though so please don't ask. The place is kept clean inside and out of the store. The employees act in a professional and courteous manner. Don't forget to download the 7-11 app for free. Every time you spend money have them scan your code so you can earn things. If I can think of anything else I will edit this later, but for now I'm not sure what more to say except that I like the slurpees. lol....”
“Customer Service is based on the interaction with the employees and customers. While 99% of these hard working people will be more than happy to help, they always made me feel better by simply saying “oh no apologies! This is what my job is for!” Now as for some upper management it’s completely opposite. They feel as if you could have asked for anyone besides them, and they always seem passive aggressive or plain out rude! Not ALL, just that 1% that ruins it for all other employees and gives your company a bad reputation, meaning less return customers!”

Its a gas station and convenience store that does a great job and has a fantastic location with nobody clogging up the place with their dirty fingers on food ordering screens. There is a little Ceasars and indoor seating. Store is clean, well lit and i never had to wait inside.”

“I frequent this location and always have great service. All the employees are very friendly. Bill, especially, goes above and beyond for the customers. I called inquiring about a potential allergen in a drink and was told the flavoring I was asking about did not contain the allergen. I later placed an online delivery order for the drink. A few minutes later I received 2 phone calls and a text from Bill asking if I was the person who called earlier and he stated that he found out that other ingredients in the drink contain the allergen I was asking about and intercepted my order and made sure those ingredients were not used in the recipe, and instructed how to order the drink in the future to make sure I wouldn't order a beverage that could cause me harm. I've never had someone take that kind of care and initiative to make sure my food and drink were safe. Finding people who care that much in a retail world meant so much to me and I appreciate Bill taking that extra, unexpected step. Thank you for having such great employees.”

“Stopped in early one morning to get a few things which included mozz sticks. Mind you the time was 5:30 AM (I work 3rd shift and I had just gotten off) and so I knew that it may take a few extra minutes to get my fried food because i was sure the fryer needed warm up again after it's long night and lack of consistent use throughout that night, and so I really had no problem waiting.
But the gentleman behind the counter, after only 2 minutes or less of waiting mind you, gave me a large chocolate chip cookie in my baggie for free "for the wait". Just a very nice gesture! Not to mention, the mozz sticks were delicious (as always) and the cashier up front who rang me out was also extremely nice as well.
I could say that I am surprised by how kind and quick the employees are here after that visit, but I'm not. They've always been so nice and quick to every order and customer. Great gas station with a great crew. I'll definitely be back and sooner rather than later. Thank you again guys!”
