Every staff member over there is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel like you're important and I greatly appreciate it.”

9350 Lincoln Hwy, Irwin“This is one of the bigger banks situated on Route 30 near the Irwin Interchange for the Turnpike. It is a bit of an odd setup. There is a main building that houses the bank itself. Then there is an island that offers drive thru banking. The odd part here is that there is basically a bank on the island as well. Not sure why it is set up this way, but it is. Why wasn't the drive thru banking connected to the building that would eliminate there being two buildings that need to be staffed? These are question I think of during my late night vehicular banking. Not knowing that this is how it was set up made for an interesting visit. I pulled in and tried to figure out where the drive thru was. Especially since the sign boasts they have drive up ATM. I pulled into the lot and proceeded to make my way around the building and had no idea on the setup beforehand. I make my way over to the island and instead of pulling in and doing business, you have to drive around the island. That way you are facing the wrong way if you have intentions of reentering Route 30. It's disorienting, but not a deal breaker. ATM is of the latest technology, touch screen, no envelope needed. Made for a great stop and let's me know that I have a place to stop quickly on my way home to do my banking.”

I’ve remained there because of the employees who put the first in First Commonwealth. Their level of customer service exceeds expectations and satisfies needs under the greatest challenges managing money can be expected to provide the average customer.
This is especially true under the leadership and direct personal involvement of GM Steven Kirkwood at Greensburg branch on 4000 Hempfield Blvd.
After two earnest but unsuccessful tries by others on online banking to cancel auto bill payment transactions Mr Kirkwood stepped up and offered to resolve my frustrations. He devoted the better part of two hours contacting experts , researching data and conversing with me to keep me from hemorrhaging my checking account. Before resolution….
I had to leave the premises. He took my name and number and said I’ll call you with a solution. By days end he proved to be a banker of his word. It’s instances like this that make me celebrate year after year my decision to remain with FCB.
Loyalty is a two way street. It must be reciprocal. At this location (and at New Alexandria) I have found it to be true.
Especially today at Greensburg.
