“The team of James and Jim in Monroeville did a great job in fixing my wheel balancing issues on a brand new set of Michelin tires (...that NTB could not). The issue was only prominent above 50 MPH. I never heard of road force balancing until NTB suggested I find a tire store with the specialty equipment. West Point had the proper equipment, fixed the nagging issue and met my expectations. They also squeezed in a state inspection and emission. Keep up the great work!!”

“After reading the reviews I knew EUELS was the place I needed to go called and within a week had an appointment scheduled for resonator delete on my23 destroyer gray challenger. Day of appointment I was mandated for a double shift was unable to make appointment called and advised morning of. The gentleman on the other end said things happen call back to reschedule when you’re available. Had an appointment within 3 days. Arriving at the shop BOB was very friendly and understanding. Bob then pulled my car in looked at what needed done arrived back to tell me the cost which to my surprise was way less than I had even imagined within 45 min he called me to the counter and said your all done sir. That being said parts labor and tip was still less than the cost online just to order the resonator pipes. Quality of work was spot on I highly recommend Bob and Euels to anyone needing any exhaust work done. You would be foolish to go any where else just saying.

“A couple weeks ago I took my car here because I knew it needed some serious brake work and possibly more.(It was so much, much more) I came to Lug Nutz because of the reviews and trusted that they would be able to help. Luke and the mechanic on duty were incredibly helpful and kind. The car needed new brakes, rotors and calipers and more. They managed to get it all fixed and running before the end of the day! We are very understanding when it comes to the amount of labor involved and did not really expect it to be done. These guys will go above and beyond to help you. Our car has been running better than ever and I feel safe driving my kids around again.
*side note* I mentioned to my husband (literally today!) how much I appreciated the respectful interaction and when we checked the mail, there was a HANDWRITTEN thank you note from the owners and staff! ??? Absolutely the definition of going above and beyond! Don't bother looking anywhere else for a family mechanic, Lug Nutz is the best in town! ???”
“We have only been here 1 time but after our experience,we DEFINITELY are going back. We had been to 2 other places (an individual & a small garage in Herminie) that said they fixed the problem but didn't. Lenhart's has updated technology that let you know when your vehicle is actually going into the garage to begin service. They send you an actual video of your vehicle & the issue that needs corrected. Not only that, there is another short educational video educating you on the part itself (the purpose of the part, it's function etc). We were very impressed by the technology. This technology builds a lot of trust, education to the customer and let's you decide if you actually need that part or not. The gentlemen at the desk were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We lived here about 8 years and this was our first time in here I wish we had gone to them years ago !!!”

“28 October 2024 - Service Department (Honda recall work). Honestly, the most impressive vehicle service department that I have ever experienced in 40 years of buying vehicles. I purchased my Ridgeline from Smail, never intending to have service work done there (closer Honda dealers around home). When it came to scheduling 2 recall repairs, I looked at the reviews. I decided to go with Smail due to their way better satisfaction rating. Glad that I did. They were extremely efficient in getting my truck queued inside, and getting me seated in a very comfortable waiting room. There guesstimate of 3 hours was correct... actually, a little better. They did a comprehensive inspection of my truck and DID NOT try to sell me any additional service work. The complimentary vehicle wash was an unexpected perk. I dealt with Tony and Brandon; they were top notch. When I got home, I did my own oil & filter change. Afterwards, I was questioning "why"? When I get through the other 2 genuine Honda filters, I'm going to start taking the Ridgeline to Smail. 4☆ because I don't give 5☆.”

“I needed to get tires asap because the cords was showing on mine. I called Kings and they got me right in with no issue. The owner Bob (I believe) was very helpful. I had an issue with my bank card being charged twice. He called the cc company right then to try to fix the problem. When they couldn’t be offered to give me the money I paid until my refund returned. You don’t find people like that anymore. Just because of that in itself I will always get my tires there now.
