I stopped getting emails on my old email account that I kept with Comcast and tried calling the 800 number to get help to no avail, keep going in circles with the automated system. Tried going online to get help through their assistant, again to no avail. Finally I decided to go to the Hershey Store, Chad and the tech who was there filling in for lunch breaks helped me resolve my problem !! Kudos to those two for resolving my problem, they were very polite ,helpful and exhibited great customer service! Thank you both for your patience and GREAT Customer Service, it’s truly hard to find these days. Just a suggestion: Each store should have a tech on site.

Everything went well, as a matter of fact, the lady in front of me, had to step aside, to call someone, so the nice gentleman working there, slid my returns in, while she was on the phone!! Great service!!

Hey, Hunter really went above and beyond when he helped me switch my phone from that other crappy carrier. He totally saved the day when I was feeling lost and confused. Thanks a bunch, Hunter! You're the best!

Don't bother making an appointment. I ended up leaving without getting the xFi Pod extender that I planned to purchase. The person who greeted me picked one up from the shelf then directed me to the back desk. After 10+ minutes I left as I didn't have time to wait. Don't think making an appointment will help in getting things done any faster than just walking in the door. I'm not sure why they provide the ability to make an appointment if it doesn't mean anything.

Stay as far away from this store as you can. I recently lost my cell phone in this plaza and someone was nice enough to turn it into this store. When I was near the store someone came out and asked if I was looking for a phone. They had my cell phone in hand and they asked me to confirm my phone number which was on the lock screen of the phone. When they powered up my device they acted like they did not know what was happening to the phone. This is a high end Samsung smartphone and I am very tech savvy. They did a force factory data reset on my phone is what happened! I lost everything. I was able to recover some stuff due to some backups I had but everything was gone all my holiday pictures, important work and financial information I mean everything was gone. In what I believe might have been an attempt to get past the lock screen security. Fortunately I worked in this business for over 14 years and I know very well how this works. I had Samsung knox security enabled and even after the force factory reset it's impossible to get into the phone without that code which in turn makes it a paperweight. I am grateful to have my phone back however I felt it was necessary to let it be known that they tried to get by my security codes for whatever reason it may have been. This is dishonest and disrespectful. I wish I could say thank you to the person that turned this phone into the store and thank Samsung for providing good security for these devices. I will never step foot into this store again. Thank God I cancelled my Xfinity services over 10 years ago. Verizon all the way!

Unhelpful. The associate (he never said his name) did not give me the chance to fully explain the problem, kept interrupting me, and when I did tell him that I just wanted to see / find out more about a wireless TV box, he instead looked at my account and said I should upgrade to a faster internet plan. Not at all what I was there for. He also told me instead of contacting xfinity online tech support to just come to the store. He's no different than the online tech support - all are incredibly incompetent and don't take the time to listen to what my problem is and try to help me solve it.

I’m not the type to normally leave reviews but my experience warrants it. Jake and Tyler are the epitome of customer service. Everyone should strive to be as educated and helpful in the business in which they work. Jake helped me pick my new phone by explaining all my options and Tyler was VERY helpful in helping me back up my old phone and saved me time in store. I will recommend anyone to this store because of these two young men. They made the whole process painless and efficient.
