I've been to 2 Xfinity stores in the last 24hrs and multiple phone calls regarding an issue with a recently purchased phone. Hummlestown Xfinity, specifically, Connor was the only person, live or AI that was able to get us any satisfaction worth talking about. Keep up the great customer service! It is so appreciated!
