Great costumer service both times we came! We ordered it and in 4 short days we were able to pick it up! Todd, Dawson, and Dakota were all great help with helping with our phone! The store was clean and very organized!

Todd was very helpful and answered all of my questions! I was in and out of the store within 45 minutes. He made sure I kept my current discounts on my plan! Also, a huge thanks to this store location for keeping inventory of phones. This was the first time I was able to walk in, and come out the same day with my new phone!

Phone service been out all day auto service said restored around 7pm. Called at 9pm auto service sent call to a customer service person. There is no phone service and the customer service person said i need to call your phone to verify your account. Phones not working. He calls the phone. Gets back on the line and says we need to hang up so i can call your phone and verify your account. Now I'm a simple person but really folks, phones not working either way "i yelled " in frustration on how you need to verify an account who's phone line is not working. I finally asked for the manager manager explains phone service will be on before 10pm i informed the person that this phone line is for a medical patient who needs access to the phone line for emergencies are they sure the phone line will be on before night..... he said hold on for my manager and hung up.... its difficult to be a customer service rep when you lack understand of the
system you are trying to represent... hope the phone gets turned on soon have a nice day.

I had a problem at a different location. Which was high point commons Verizon. Went to a different one & now I’m a new customer with a new iPhone 15 can definitely say Dawson was not giving up on this sale like the last Verizon did. Only had a certain amount & still walked away with a new phone thanks to him Verizon is now my new favorite phone store!
Can’t forget this guys customer service is outstanding keep up the good work!!
