After going to two other Verizon stores trying to find someone who was willing to help my wife and I get new phones, Sam was more than willing to help us even though his store was closing in a half an hour. We had a sitter watching our kids so that we could get this done after I got off of work. Sam was still willing to help us out and was so kind and helpful! This is now the only Verizon store my wife and I will be going to from here on out. Thank you so much

Sam was so great with helping me troubleshoot issues with my phone. I then decided to upgrade and he went above and behind to help me with my plan and all potential discounts I was eligible for that I was not aware of. Just a really great experience. Thanks Sam! We were in town vacationing and trying to update my son’s phone to remove it from the Smart Family app. I spend a 2 hour car ride on the phone w tech support and nobody could help me. David King looked at our plan, updated it and fixed the issue in less than 10 min. I’d drive here again 2 hrs for him to help me with any phone issue!

David King is the young man who helped me today. I purchased a new phone and IPad and accessories. David was extremely knowledgeable. David also assisted me in syncing my iPhone iPad and my car.
