They go over & above to make sure everything is perfect before & after you leave. The shop follows up with the customers a couple days after service, thought that was very nice of them to do that. I would give 10 if I could!!!!!!! Great work thank you”

The office staff were very friendly and got me in really quick due to an emergency, and the mechanic I spoke to on the phone was really straightforward and explained in great detail what repairs would have to be made before doing them. “I was traveling on a 6 hour road trip and my car brakes started grinding and groaning loudly. Being out of town, I was worried about finding a place to fix my car. Walker’s Automative was open, allowed me to drop my car off on Friday evening, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed before Saturday noon. I didn’t have to take any PTO to wait on my car being fixed and they charged a fair price. I recommend going to Walker’s Automotive.”

Very professional, polite, went above and beyond for me, took very good care of me, and made a long grueling process somewhat fun and endurable. So far I’m loving my first jeep.”
