Tim's personal training is for anyone who wants a little more personal attention when it comes to their exercise routine.... BUT I would absolutely 100% recommend them for anyone who feels intimidated in a typical gym setting, if you have any physical disabilities that make going to a typical gym difficult or if you just haven't worked out in years and you have no idea where to start.
