Joelisa is incredible. I just moved to the area and was desperate for a new hair lady when a friend steered me here. Love LOVE LOVE it! Tucked in downtown Hummelstown is this gem. Joelisa is extremely charismatic and just loves what she does. She rocked my curly hair which is hard to do! She also has foster pets around which is always a win for me! Can't wait to go back!
