I even had luck with a 2nd pair.My feet haven't felt this good in a long time!I left my old shoes there because they send them off to be recycled into playground mulch. How awesome is that!Thanks so much for everything. I can't wait to bring in my husband to find him a pair of new shoes!”

“By far this was the BEST shoe shopping experience ever!Carla listened to my foot saga of needing to add my own orthotics, wide enough for a thick warm sock, not rub my bunions or my high instep riddled with midfoot arthritis.I am used to settling for what fits and feels good but not having such an amazing selection of actual stylish shoes. Many times I have felt like my purchase was ugly but hey they fit and didn't hurt so I didn't have much choice. However, Carla was certain I could get great comfortable well as on trend fun shoes. I left with booties as well as the most comfortable Ava loafers that feel like clouds. They were having an Ava shoe special and a contest to give away a free pair. So I filled out an entry and headed home. I never win anything but...I got a call that night that I won and could come in to pick out any pair of Ava shoes or boots in stock!!Gotta say, I LOVE THIS STORE!!!”

“Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The clothes are great quality and stylish. I needed an outfit for a new job orientation, I went to pretty much every store in the outlets. I wasn't having much luck, then I came here. I was greeted by Jennifer who is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. She was the only employee working, but she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit & right size! She was so helpful and so sweet. It's about a month later now, I called to ask about the return policy- she answered and even on the phone her kindness shined through. I appreciate her help and I love the store!”

“Excellent service, good selection for an outlet. I went in looking for snow boots, was not disappointed. They had a BOGO sale, also bought a nice pair of flats for work. I go there twice a year. They have man-made "leather" and real leather, which is what I prefer.The snow boots pictured are real leather, fit well, and are very comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would!”

True to the quality of Columbia, this location is top notch! They have a great selection and a little bit of something for everyone. The employee are so knowledgeable and friendly. “I have been buying and wearing sketchers slip-on slip resistant work shoes for the last 12 years. My previous pair reached its 3rd year and my hip was feeling the brunt of it. I knew it was time for a new pair of work shoes… FAST. So I got online only to find out sketchers had stackable discounts. I got a brand new pair of work shoes for almost half the price! I was able to pick them up half an hour before the store closed. The two ladies at the front desk greeted me so kindly and had no problem letting me try on my purchase to make sure I was happy. They also helped me review my purchase to make sure I got the best deal. I am always beyond happy with my sketchers. I ALWAYS order online. I had never been to a sketchers outlet before yesterday. I will be returning soon for a second pair in-store because the service was fantastic and the deals were unbeatable. Thank you Hershey sketchers outlet !!”
