“I forgot socks while visiting PA. I am quite picky when it comes to socks, too, (mainly because I have tiny feet and wear youth size!) I can't find a good fit EXCEPT from Under Armour. I was so glad to find the outlet close to where I was visiting!!
The store was clean & well stocked... except for kids socks! I was quite lucky to find the last package of my size hidden on the wrong peg behind a smaller size. There was only a few pegs of kid's sizes in this store... so when I say lucky.... I mean it.
The only true complaint I would have is the wait to check out. I only saw one employee in the store who was helping another customer with a lengthy return. By the time additional help arrived at the registers to help him ... the line was 4 customers deep and going on 7-8 minutes wait time. I was there on a week-day during school hours and it didn't seem too busy.... But with limited help at the register, it seemed worse than it should have. Either way... I was still waiting to buy my socks! They are worth it to me!!”
“We live in Portland OR and are in Hershey for a family reunion. Just so happened that this Columbia Factory Store just opened so we had to check it out. True to the quality of Columbia, this location is top notch! They have a great selection and a little bit of something for everyone. The employee are so knowledgeable and friendly. “This is one of the most underrated shoe stores around. They have so many aisles full of shoes for each gender and they also carry the biggest brands like adidas, nike, sperry, puma, you name it. Usually when I go into a shoe store it's hit or miss but every time I come to shoe carnival, they have something for me and it's an amazing price.”

“We are from out of town and came in today to find some new clothes. There are not outlet stores close to where we live and we went to lots of shops today. The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. It made for an awkward situation. We got a mix of clothes and were happy to find some things! It was clean and well put together there. Hope to stop next time we are in town!”
“Just let the store in Harrisburg PA and I was so happy with the new staff service....I went early last year or before and the service was so bad I said I would never go again !!! But need some shoes for my son today and didn't wanna drive out my neighborhood, so I stopped in for a heat check ? and I was happily surprised THANKS”

“Let me start by saying this place is amazing. The clothes are great quality and stylish. I needed an outfit for a new job orientation, I went to pretty much every store in the outlets. I wasn't having much luck, then I came here. I was greeted by Jennifer who is probably the nicest woman I've ever met. She was the only employee working, but she still took the time to help me find the perfect outfit & right size! She was so helpful and so sweet. It's about a month later now, I called to ask about the return policy- she answered and even on the phone her kindness shined through. I appreciate her help and I love the store!”
“Excellent service, good selection for an outlet. I went in looking for snow boots, was not disappointed. They had a BOGO sale, also bought a nice pair of flats for work. I go there twice a year. They have man-made "leather" and real leather, which is what I prefer.The snow boots pictured are real leather, fit well, and are very comfortable. If I could give more stars, I would!”

“I got my 1st pair of pointe shoes and now my senior season pointe shoes here. I unfortunately had multiple injurues in-between which is why this was only my second time here. Despite all of this, they were very kind and helpful. They found the perfect shoe for my feet and she even sewed on the ribbons before we left! They also found me better toe pads for my new shoes! I would very much recommend coming here for your pointe shoes or other dancing needs.”
