Got burritos- one sausage, one bacon.
Not sure if cheese was bad or maybe grill should have been cleaned off. They had an after taste- could not finish.

My group of three came here after Hersheypark late one night. They have soooo many options for food! We got the mozzarella sticks. Not too bad for the price, but the pizza was okay aswell. Keep up the great work!

The price tag of the beer I purchase has said 10.69 for at least 3 months now but always rings up as 10.99. The past 8 times they have adjusted the price when I show them a picture of the price tag still at 10.69.
Today I did the same thing and the front worker called the manager lady up (the one who looks like she smokes 3 packs a day) who rudely says no we can’t change prices. I say yes you can, I’ve had this done many times before. “No we can’t change prices.”
I paid and left but I truly hope you give a 30 cent raise to this manager. She’s really looking out for your bottom line. You could just take it from the extra 30 cents everyone is unknowingly paying for that beer!
Customers shouldn’t be getting taken advantage of because you’re too lazy to keep price tags up to date. Maybe don’t raise the price if you’re not ready to re-tag? Maybe hire people that care about a smooth, legitimate, operation of your business? That don’t cause an unpleasant interaction over a 30 cent mistake which can be corrected in minutes so that it never happens again? Get it together.

I placed a order at 12:20am. It was delayed five times from 1:20 to 2:55am. Unacceptable and unprofessional i will never order again.

Placed my mobile order at 1:20am in the morning. The app tells me approx. 7mins. I get to sheetz my app now says 17 mins approx. and give me a time of 1:42am. after 45 minutes of waiting and tons of people getting their food at least 10 i counted, I walked up because she was available said I had to ask for my pickup order and she had it waiting that whole time behind the counter and that she "doesn't put the orders out, because they have issues with people stealing them". So where's the sign telling me that? because my app just says to wait and this was my first time doing pickup, and I didn't know that until I went up and asked her... but I was trying to give them time and be patient seeing as how it was crowded in there at such an odd time. seems like she was lying and just not fulfilling her job, but I got my food and it was cold and soggy, and just such a waste for $45 but only thing open at the time while I was waiting for my mom to get emergency surgery. Thank you sheetz for just making my night even more awful.

I would like to give a five stars to Mike B of sheets in Hershey/hummeltown Had one whol I was the best cashier and then some if I could give 10 stars I would he help us on thanksgivings he went beyond call of duty for us!!!

Best Sheetz in the area to get food. Very fast. I work in the area so I need to be in and out with only a 30 min break and they never disappoint.

Every morning around 11am -1130am I come in for coffee and there's a skinny lady with glasses, hair pulled back in a ponytail and she kinda look like Ed Sherman who is rude to customers. I don't know if she's upset because she has to work, wants more pay or just doesn't like people but it's her job to be FRIENDLY it's called CUSTOMER SERVICE or let someone else work that cashier position that respects the paying customers!!!
