Fantastic shop with an excellent staff who are knowledgeable, engaging and welcoming. They will answer any questions you have and are patient with beginners and those who don't know too much about guitars and gear.

As a consumer, there is nothing more frustrating to me than a business that is not open for business during it's advertised "open" hours. Could be a nice shop... I may never know! Taking my money down the road...
