Salesman, Mr. Jim......went out of his way to demonstrate the various Mattresses. He took his time with us and pointed out the various differences. Excellent presentation and very easy and professional to deal with. Would recommend Jim and Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a better night's sleep.

Great experience all around. Jim was great and helped us find the perfect mattress and bed frame that fit our budget. Delivery was on time and bed was set up perfectly. They also took our old mattress and box spring for our convenience.

Purchased multiple mattress sets for my business, and Mattress Firm ordered me the only half of the box springs needed. This started a chain of events that was nothing short of a debacle and an embarrassment to their professionalism. They even suggested that I drive all the way to Baltimore to pick up the rest of the box springs from the warehouse myself.

I'm sure his name was Andrew but he was very pleasant..... assisted with trying different mattresses, didn't complain was personable and as i am a women who couldn't decide he tried the same mattress more than once! Nice job i bought the mattress easier because of the customer service. I'm trying a foam mattress for the first time hope goes well!
