Salesman, Mr. Jim......went out of his way to demonstrate the various Mattresses. He took his time with us and pointed out the various differences. Excellent presentation and very easy and professional to deal with. Would recommend Jim and Mattress Firm to anyone looking for a better night's sleep.

Great experience all around. Jim was great and helped us find the perfect mattress and bed frame that fit our budget. Delivery was on time and bed was set up perfectly. They also took our old mattress and box spring for our convenience.
