I was in town from NC and had a airbag mount issue on my F150 that I tow behind my motorhome. I stopped in and was greeted with a very friendly staff who took my truck in. They called and suggested the repairs with an estimate. They did a fantastic and permanent repair to both mounts and got it done the same day. The price was very fair and the work high quality. As a business owner myself I was very impressed with how they run their operation! It is uncommon these days to find a company that is truly focused on customer service. Great job folks!

This was my 1st time using M&S. I was referred to them by Gary from Landis Repair. Gary doesn't work on auto air conditioning. M&S was constantly in touch with me from the time I made the appointment til the time the vehicle was done. They provided me with several repair suggestions. I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I highly recommend M&S for your auto air conditioning repairs. Thank you for the excellent service.

Am from NY came down on Sunday July 7 2020 for National Dance competition for my daughter.When we got to the hotel my ac went out on my truck.Next morning I went to M&S without any hesitation they took care of my ac within 3Hrs time.Everyone was so nice and courteous.Big thank you to everyone.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
My girlfriend took her Volvo in to get her AC fixed. They charged her 740$ for just that an oil change and a state inspection. The invoice labor cost was $520?? but w/e we just wanted it done. So we picked it up, payed and the AC still wasn't working, as it turned out they didn't fix what was even actually wrong with it. When I called back they seemed very apologetic and reassured me they'd get it fixed for us ASAP. Instead actually doing the job we already paid them for and getting it fixed, they sent us an estimate to fix it again that included 185$ for a part that is 40$ straight from Volvo and 15$ for the clones, + an extra 35$ for tax and labor.
TLDR: They way over charged us the first time for a fix, they fixed the wrong thing and then had the audacity to try to over charge us AGAIN to do the job WE ALREADY PAID THEM FOR???????
Go anywhere else.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and unfortunately when we went to leave our car broke down. We live on Long Island, NY. At this point we were extremely nervous about who to trust with our car. We tried another shop but they told us we would be at the end of the line and no guarantee they’d get us in. After doing a short Google search we found M & S. They were so helpful. They took our car in as soon as they could. They gave us a loaner car and free tickets to Hershey Gardens and an antique car museum. When our car was ready they told us that our car was good to drive home. They were 100% honest with us when they said that there were a couple of issues that may have been the problem but since the car was 100% ok to get us back and allow our mechanic to work on it instead of them keeping our car over night and costing us even more money for another hotel night plus lost wages at work.
I HIGHLY recommend M & S Auto Service center. I hope I never break down in Hershey, PA again but if I do I will be calling them. Thanks again!!!!

M&S is wonderful! Max and Dave have been taking care of our car needs for quite a few years now. They are always very gracious about working us in and fixing our car troubles. We have bought 3 cars through their sales department and have been very pleased. Highly recommend M&S!
