Tech explains blower motor is leaking oil and needs replaced along with two bad capacitors. Proposal received for $1700 to do that work.Called HUMMELSTOWN FUEL OIL SERVICE. Tech arrives blower motor run and no oil leaking from it anywhere. One bad capacitor and the other could also be changed now or, I could wait.Replaced 1 bad capacitor for $196 total. We have given a lot of our business to Hummelstown between a new oil tank and numerous fuel oil refills. After having an invoice lost in the mail and never received, they charged us a "finance charge" for not paying it on time. This was almost an extra $70 that they would not waive; even though we've paid every other invoice on time and carry zero balance. Needless to say I will not be using them in the future...Service: Heating system maintenance

This is the 2nd ductless system they've done for us. Brad was quick getting me a fair quote. Installation wait time was super fast and Brad, Lou and Jason did clean, neat and efficient work and finished in 1 day..Add to that $336 for 12 years labor and parts from Fujitsu and I'm more than satisfied..Thankyou Hummelstown Fuel Service for exceeding my expectations.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

I ordered fuel from them and paid. The ticket was mistakenly not printed, meaning I did not get oil when I was supposed to. Called on a Saturday and was told it would be an extra charge. The driver realized that a mistake had been made. He came out immediately to deliver oil and called to apologize. Monday I received a call from the office to personally apologize for the mistake. Mistakes happen, but the way this company handled the mistake was impeccable. Awesome customer service. 10/10 recommend using this company!!

I've been a customer for about a year now. The best part about ordering oil, is the price is listed right on their website! No need to call every single time you want to know the oil price. Typically I put an order in online, they send me an email that it was received and they deliver that day or the next. If you have a debit card setup with them, the bill can be taken out automatically or you can do 1 time payments online.I've also gotten furnace maintenance. After submitting for service, it only took about a day to call me and schedule a date/time. Nothing out of the ordinary needed replaced. Took about 2 hours, the tech was wearing a mask and gloves.Would recommend to anyone looking for heating oil and service.
