Bad experience. Left car here for 2 days they said could fix the ac. Condenser. Called Saturday morning and told me the ac guy was on vacation and needed to reschedule for next week. Kind of bizarre they maybe could have told me that before I left my car there. Now I’m stuck driving to boston with no ac.

Barry is a good honest salesman so far, we've had a problem with the headlights and they are waiting on it to come in, so far it's been 12 days, and desperately need it fixed so I'm a little impatient. So far everything else is as he said and I trust the headlight will be fixed as soon as it comes that I have no doubt. I'll keep ya posted. I would highly recommend for now that you go there to purchase a vehicle. The review can always be changed I hate waiting like this.

Went here to get my suspension fixed. They gave me an estimate and after it was fixed it was time to pay. They ended up overcharging me $500 more than what they told me. They definitely took advantage of me knowing I desperately needed it done and I was in a rush... or maybe because I was a woman. Never going there again, EVER for ANYTHING. I've gotten the same repair done before at the DEALERSHIP and they did not overcharge me. If I could give them a 0 star I would.

These people are great. I pulled in because my car was making unusual noise. They couldn't take me on the spot cos 5 people were waiting and only 2 mechanics were in. But they made an appt for me within 2 days, and reassured me it was safe to drive from what I explained. Today I went up and they tested the car, found a hole in the muffler, *changed the muffler while I waited!* and were done in one hour. With a good price. Fantastic service, thank you guys.

Went there a week ago. The employees were rude and seemed uninterested in helping anyone and had an attitude when asked questions. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

We have made two appointments to have our air conditioner recharged. The first time, we drove there and they said they couldn’t do it- no explanation. We rescheduled for today and they refused because our appointment was on the half hour. What kind of reason is that and why would they let us make that appointment at that time then? Either time they could have called us before the appointment to let us know, but they didn’t! Today, my husband had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to get out of the bathroom and then she was rude to him.

Nick and staff were great! They were nice enough to fill my tire and send me on my way until a later appointment opened so my family and I didn’t have to miss out on our park day. Upon my return they got my vehicle in right away and discovered and repaired the issue swiftly. Had me on my way and back to the park with my family all within an hour. I highly recommend this establishment if you are in the Hershey area!
