Tried all day to connect with this pharmacy. No success. Finally called the main number and the person who answered said it’s very busy at the pharmacy and she couldn’t do anything to help me. The actual line to connect to the pharmacist was just a bunch of static and sounded like people talking in the background. Not acceptable. Do better Giant. Many elderly people need to get in touch on the phone. It’s medicine, not random groceries!!

Can’t get ahold of the pharmacy. Trying to transfer my prescription to another giant pharmacy and they were on hold for more than 20 minutes with this pharmacy when I arrived to pick up my script and they were still waiting. I tried calling this pharmacy then too and they didn’t answer me.

Very nice personnel! Very knowledgeable! Using the website is easy and always updated! The staff is always so helpful! Conveniently in side of my favorite Giant grocery store!

I used giant direct today, March 19,2020. During these trying times, the employees couldn't have been nicer. Slight hickup with my order, but in the end it all worked out. Just wanted to let them know I appreciate what lengths they went to. Thank you Ethel Straining

We recently transferred all of our prescriptions at CVS over to Giant Pharmcy and it has honestly been the best decision ever! The pharmacy techs are outstanding and will always aim you in the right direction to help save money. If you're on the fence with switching pharmacies, make the jump, they are so worth it!
