Fantastic service and a fair price! I’m very pleased with everything overall at this auto shop. I’ve been going here for the last few years and will continue to do so!

Took my supra in to install some mods and they absolutely nailed it. Was a little worried since working on supras are a little difficult (thanks bmw) but they completed the job no issues. Also, great communication from Cory. Super down to earth guy and does care about your car.
I have no doubt they do a great job with normal maintenance but if you're looking for a shop to install custom parts, especially on something like a supra, I would highly recommend these guys ?

This is now my go-to place for all my auto care needs. Luke was very through and honest about everything that was wrong with my car. Some issues I knew nothing about. For all the work done, the price was reasonable. If you're looking for a garage that is very honest and reasonable, give them a try.

I went in a few days before I had any service done. I was having power steering issues. I had them test drive it and look at it. They let me know what all was wrong and gave me a quote. They said they will have to order the parts and schedule an appointment after the delivery of parts. Scheduled a week out for a Friday. I called earlier in the week and asked if I could change the date to Thursday. They were accommodating saying they were less busy on Thursday. When I called to change the day I also asked if the oil could be changed since they were already going to have it in there. They said yes. Dropped it off Wednesday night so they could have it all day Thursday to work on. Never heard anything on Thursday that it was done. Called Friday morning. I was told I would be lucky if it would be done by closing time. I borrowed someone's car so I could get to and from work and needed to return their car. Was there 30 minutes before close and yes by close it was done. Looked at the bill and asked if the oil was changed. He said no. He didn't know anything about it. I told him whom I talked to and told him I was told it would be no problem to get it done. Well I drove back to Pittsburgh and when I came back to Harrisburg I went some place else to get my oil changed. I am a little disappointed in the lack of communication with employees talking to each other. But that seems to be the norm everywhere.

I don't know how you keep a garage clean, but this place is clean and the employees seem happy. Usually we fix our own cars, but when we need larger jobs done, we can count on Laugers to handle it for us.

Excellent customer service as always. Luke accommodated me even without an appointment. Suspected a tire leakage and he spent 30 minutes helping me fix the problem. Highly recommend!

The guys at Lauger saved me a world of hurt with a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle I was considering buying. I highly recommend them for their honesty and accommodation.

After seeing all the excellent reviews of this place I thought I’d give them a try when I needed my rear drivers side window regulator replaced in June 2022. I am very sorry I did. The service I received definitely didn’t live up to the reviews. The first thing that happened was when they called to tell me the window was done they told me my front drivers side window regulator was broke now. I told them to just leave that one go and I would fix that one myself because I couldn’t afford to have them fix both at the moment. For the drivers side rear one they charged $165 for the part (which only cost about $100 in the store) and $135 for labor for a total of $318 just to fix the one window. I don’t consider that reasonable like all the reviews say. The shop I normally go to told me they would do it for about $100 less when I called to get a quote to get the newly broken front drivers side window regulator. I told Lauger’s I wanted my old broken window regulator back because it had a lifetime warranty and I wanted to exchange it at the store where I bought it to have a spare. Lauger’s LIED and told me they put the old part in my car. They kept it and I’m sure they returned it to NAPA and got more money back from it since it was a NAPA part! 16 Months after Lauger’s replaced the rear window regulator it broke and the window was stuck down. Since Lauger’s is a NAPA Auto Care Center I called them to have them replace it under the NAPA 24 Month/ 24,000 Mile Parts and Labor Guarantee. Lauger’s LIED again and told me the part is covered 2 years but labor is only 1 year. I called NAPA Corporate and confirmed that the part and the labor should both be covered for 2 years at Lauger’s and they didn’t understand why they would tell me only 1 year labor. I honestly don’t want Lauger’s anywhere near my vehicles after this because I don’t trust what they might do so I accepted their offer and picked up the new window regulator from them and installed it myself. When I took the broken window regulator out I noticed that it didn’t even match the part # that Lauger’s said they installed on my bill! This is outright fraud! I think they must have installed a cheaper part than the part # they charged me for on the bill which is why they refuse to honor the warranty. Don’t make the same mistake I did by believing the glowing reviews this place gets because it’s definitely not true. I learned an expensive lesson by putting my trust in them and will definitely not be going back and will also be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place.

Update: The owner got in touch with me and admitted that they made a mistake and should have covered the labor to replace the defective part. He sent me a check to reimburse me for a portion of the labor that it would've cost to install the replacement part under warranty. They only reimbursed me for 1 hour of labor when they originally charged me 1.5 hours to install it. Since they sent me the check and admitted they made a mistake I am updating my review to 3 stars but I still would not trust this Garage in the future and I will not be going back to them. After seeing all the excellent reviews of this place I thought I'd give them a try when I needed my rear drivers side window regulator replaced in June 2022. My daughter is a nurse new to the area. Woke up to a flat tire at 6:30 am. We live several hours away. I called Lauger's Auto Explained the situation and they drove to the hospital retrieved my daughters car from the hospital parking lot replaced the tire and returned the car. I can't say enough about them!! They went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend them. They were timely, kind and honest. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!Service: Tires
