I came to Compel Fitness looking for a workout plan where someone could help me hold myself accountable and push me at the same time. Adam O. is that guy for me. He listened to my wants and goals and designed a workout that definitely has helped. Adam has been on time for our sessions and will reach out far in advance if he's unable to make it. He will push you to push yourself in a save manner. Every session is worth it for me, I leave the gym feeling accomplished and energized.

In the last few months, I have made great progress with the direction of both coaches Logan and Zack. I lost about 15 pounds and feel stronger and healthier than I have in a long time.

I've always had severe anxiety about going to the gym and had no clue where I needed to start. I came to Compel Fitness on a whim when I out of the blue decided I needed a change and honestly I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff is welcoming, non judgmental, and are very thorough in assessing your needs and goals. My trainer, Marc, is honestly amazing. He has a more relaxed energy that was a perfect fit to balance my anxiety and has created workouts that are fun and challenging but not stressful. I have felt amazing physically and mentally since starting and I can't thank him enough for his patience and encouragement. You really got to stick to the meal plan they give you, but it leaves so much room for flexibility and creativity that I found it absolutely sustainable. I lost about 15 pounds in 3 months and am not exaggerating when I say my life has been changed. Could not recommend them more.

What a team! They’ve created a welcoming and knowledgeable base for all fitness groups. Whether you’re training bodybuilding, powerlifting, general fitness, aged lifting, they have someone who can help accomplish your goals. Special shoutout to Logan for his incredible programming and sport specific knowledge. Shoutout to Jen and Adam for making the gym feel comfortable and a lively environment. Incredibly satisfied with my results and feeling strong, confident, and ultimately happy after completing my sessions with this team. Looking forward to what’s next!

I love this group! I get the best workout in training with Marc and he takes time to answer all my annoying questions! I get pushed to my potential which I never would do training on my own! I can't say enough good things about the Hershey group!

I love the environment and encouragement from all the staff at Compel Fitness! I started this not knowing proper form or how to use the machines and they have given me the confidence to do more than I thought I could. Adam is a great trainer to work with. He see your limits and has your push them but not to the point where you want to give up. He is there providing positive reinforcement to help you achieve your goals. I really enjoy working with him.

Although I have done on and off resistance training, this type of training was for the most part a chore for me and not the first form of fitness to go to. However, my trainer, Torin West, changed all of that, so much so that as soon as my first contract ended, I signed up doubling my weekly sessions with Torin. His training style is filled with passion for his craft, enthusiasm and encouragement, attention to my individual needs, and determination and commitment to see to it that I improve and reach my goal and at the same time enjoy what I am doing. He is very knowledgeable and uses this knowledge to tweak the program constantly and carefully for better results. He always places a gentle pressure on me to push myself to the next level and this is something I really appreciate, and I love being encouraged the way he does it. Torin is committed to being a trainer and gives all he got while on the job. He really works from his heart, and it shows as I feel his happiness as he sees my progress, and this in turn energizes and encourages me to do more. Being a trainer for Torin is not a job but a "calling". I never thought I will be so excited doing resistance training, but Torin made the seemingly impossible, possible. Thank you, Torin.
