“I’ve been a long time customer at this location, even prior to it being JhettSet. My experience with the store, staff, quality of clothing, quality of experience and overall has been five plus stars.
I was saddened by some of the lower star reviews as I read through things. It’s hard to believe that a singular interaction would lead to someone leaving a poor review. After all we are human and we ALL have bad moments.
Having said all of that I decided to write an excellent review to counteract the seeming immaturity of some one star reviews. Not only do I believe they are not deserved, I also believe that some of those people are in need of working retail for a few months. I hope they have to put on a smile and always be gracious and thoughtful of everyone else no matter what might be plaguing their personal life. Heaven forbid them to have a bad day or a poor exchange with a customer. I’d really love to be able to review the reviews.
Anyway, I hope that everyone reads the good reviews and sees how great this small family owned business is and I hope that after reading this you are kind to those that work there. My experiences have been great for the last 20 years, not one single bad exchange to speak of.

“We are from out of town and came in today to find some new clothes. There are not outlet stores close to where we live and we went to lots of shops today. The only reason I gave a four-star is because the woman that worked there did not seem very nice. We do have kids and they were running around a little bit and we apologized to the woman multiple times and she never acknowledged us as we were apologizing. She just kind of scowled at us. It made for an awkward situation. We got a mix of clothes and were happy to find some things! It was clean and well put together there. Hope to stop next time we are in town!”
“The customer service is outstanding. They even steamed a pair of pants and shirt for me because I told them I was wearing it to a party. I opened up a charge and could not believe the money I saved. It was 40 percent and almost 100 dollars total savings because I got a lot for my money. Great sales. The clothing is made so well. To the girl that helped me thank you again. I also asked for their honest opinions on what I bought and they gave it to me. So pleased. Will be going back soon.”
“Gorgeous, unique children’s clothing. The attention to detail and high quality fabrics and beautiful workmanship is exceptional. People complaining that it’s pricy for outlet BUT anything that’s from a previous season can be purchased at deeply discounted prices. Do I still buy clothing that’s in season, certainly but the boutique quality can’t be beat.”

“Everything was great however, I was unable to purchase the coat I wanted here.
I found a coat for 97 dollars, but Kohl's had it at 62. I saw online they price match in store and online prices from competitors. So I showed them the Kohl's price at the register. Another employee was consulted on how to price match, and they said "we only do that for online orders".
Because there was a long line, I didn't want to hold them up and I put the item back and bought it from Kohl's. I was hoping to get it in person at JCPenney.”

“This has been such a pleasant experience. I was looking for someone to fix my white dress which had a ruffle and I needed it shorter and was turned down by a couple of places because they had said it would be complicated and I’d have to eliminate the ruffle which I didn’t want to . I found this place on google and decided to try it out and see . Let me tell you , the lady is such a great person, I felt welcomed and as if I’d known her for more than 2 seconds as I walked in . She did an awesome job ! I loved it ! I highly recommended her and will return . Thank you so much !”
