Chelsee was incredible! Bought a new peace of furniture and she went above and beyond the second we walked in! Thank you Chelsee! We will also be doing the survey!Been wanting to add this as well! Daniel the store manager was incredible as well! We picked up our couch and he put it right on truck for us! Thanks so much for an all around great experience!

Love this store, they alway's have our Italian coffee, we have one closer to our house, but Hershey's is so much better.

By far one of the best Big Lots I have ever been to! Especially for the furniture display. The customer service was excellent and they don't mind if you bring your well-behaved dog with you!

My wife and I were looking for a sectional. We found a beautiful one that we fell in love with and found out it was out of stock and no one had one. The manager Jahan was helping us and saw how much we wanted and found a way for us to purchase our dream sofa. I can't say enough good about this young man but he's definitely a credit to the company.
