Ashley Roth has got to be the most rude employee this AAA center has. Not only did she sit in her chair and watch me stand in line while she looked at her phone. I am still currently standing her and she just told another customer that she will be right with her. NEVER AGAIN!

This website is useless. When I got to this site it asked for my zip code. I put in 17036 (Hummelstown) and it said I was outside their area?????? Chuck Trenn #869907600. I am a 17 year member!

Phone number keeps going to "ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE".I do not need roadside assistance I want to speak with someone that is actually in the Hummelstown office. I have called twice now, first time transferred, and disconnected, second time transferred and had to leave a message. I have now been trying for over half an hour.
