My daughter started at Kids and Company at around 5 months old and has been there for over a year now. She started in the baby room and recently switched over to toddlers. As many parents know that can be difficult for little ones, but they did everything they could to get her comfortable and involved with her new group of friends. They always keep them busy with activities which are always posted on the app for parents to see their progress throughout the day. The staff takes a genuine interest in each child's milestones and developments and truly care for the children like they are their own.

Our son is currently 2.5 years old, and has been at this location since he was 3 months old. My husband and I have nothing but good things to say about the care he has received. Since switching to Kids & Company, the center has undergone some nice updates, as well as the use of “Kindertales”, an app that provides families with real-time updates about their child throughout the day. Our son has an anaphylactic food allergy, and we have always felt comfortable with how they handle this, and what their plan of action would be in case of an emergent situation.

The director and teachers take time to get to know the children and parents. I love that when I call to ask a question everyone knows the answer. It could be a teacher in another room yet because the center is small the staff know what is happening.

I wish I could give it zero. The only good thing in that place is the preschool teacher, but she has her hands full for the place is understaffed. Always.Your child/children will not get the proper attention if there a toddler for sure.The toddler room is filthy and full of crazy air headed teachers that will take there frustrations out on the kids. The way they talk to the kids is just heartbreaking, all they do is yell, they are not trained for childcare. Just don’t take your kids here. I worked here and had to leave before my two week notice was up because the toddler room is horrible. I couldn’t trust my son up in the toddler room anymore. He also would say the teachers hurt him and I believe it, because the one teacher would slam a kids head down onto a cot everyday because the child was 1 an a half and wouldn’t listen. All on camera too and the previous director did nothing. (This teacher is still working there too.) Kids will get hurt because teachers are talking or just not paying attention. Just please don’t take you child here. It’s horrible. Glad I’ll never have to see the place again. Good riddance!Ps: (replying to your reply) Amanda or Jenson won't do anything so please don't tell me to call the people who cover up everything. The place needs to be shut down and as the owner you have no idea what goes on at your centers. Get a clue before you end up in jail.

Its a nice place, I had my little one there last year for the summer. The summer programs were great! The only thing is, I wasn't notified what time some of the activities were starting. Had to drop off my kid(twice) at the place were the caretakers and kids were Or my kid had to stay at the center till everyone got back. But my kid loved it and after they had got new staff members its been great.

How is this place even open? They locked a child in one of the buildings then didn't have the key to get in once the parents showed up to pick up the child about 2 years ago. The one building recently closed but I think both should close for good. Only my opinion though.

Had some bad experiences here and this was the first daycare I tried out. My son wasn’t given his treatments for his asthma he got his lip busted by another kid and I was not notified about it. He constantly has a different teacher they always have someone new because staff is constantly quitting he always had a dirty face runny nose and I would always have to ask for a wipe to clean his face off clothes got ruined the list goes on! Communication is terrible there and I’m glad I pulled him out of there he was always getting sick and now that he’s somewhere else he hasn’t gotten a cold. I never got an apology nor asked why he never came back the director is there for the money and the money only!!!

As a former employee, I do NOT recommend this daycare, and would never bring my own children to any of the Aa to Zz centers. The teachers are not the issue as much as the owners are. Teachers work with minimal resources, long hours, longer breaks and little compensation. In my experience, this company will move your child to whatever room is most convenient for them, even if it is not the most beneficial for the child. As for children with troubling behavioral issues, well, they are tolerated and ignored. I, along with other staff and students, have been physically and verbally abused by other children to the point of injury. Losing a family = loss of money, so difficult behavioral issues are rarely addressed, even at the expense of other children’s safety. I cannot stress enough that, from the very top, this company’s focus in NOT on the well-being of their children and families.
