The one guy working here overnight (younger 20s, black hair, slim like a stick, didn't catch his name) is ALWAYS in such a rush everytime I go in here. Bypasses the 7-rewards entry before I can even enter mine, reaches ACROSS the counter to bypass the pin for my card before I can enter it, and is in general always in a rush whether it's busy or not. He needs to go.

The staff is very friendly! There are plenty of food as well as drink options. They have everything I could ever need from a 7-ELEVeN! I love the chicken sandwiches from the little warming cabinet, that's my go-to.

We stopped at this location during our visit to Hershey park. Not only did the store smell bad but the men working there were so unfriendly. I was disappointed to see that there was no hot food prepared or available. One of the gentlemen did not ask if we needed help but instead chose to stand and watch me and my sons the entire time. The cashier had no customer service skills and ignored me when I told him to have a nice night. I was disgusted with both the store and the staff. I’m glad I’m not from around these parts so that I don’t ever have to visit this dump again.

I got into a verbal altercation with one of the employees after she had threatened me off the clock. Stating things like “watch what happens next time you come into 711” etc. I was wrong to argue with her, but she had no right to try and come at me physically. And now refuses to serve me when I come it yet no one else has a problem with it. Really disappointed in the hostile environment that’s being allowed. It’s a shame that she can even still be an employee.

The store is going downhill. Coffee bar was dirty. There were spills all over the counter and the creamer containers were all sticky. They had 6 types of coffee brewed. The Brazilian and Columbian were almost empty. Had to combine 3 types of coffee to fill one cup.
