“update: changing my review from 1 star to 4 because now there's a really nice lady there that always scans the packages :D but the ppl that don't scan them still work there |:(
Half the time they don’t scan my packages going into the system and then they loose them, but because they never scanned them to begin with the tracking says pre-transit and so when I call them they can’t do anything about it because they say I never dropped the packages off
(this has happened abt 30 times this year where the package was lost forever because they never scanned it after I dropped it off)
And sometimes the customer will get their package and tell me they got it and the tracking will STILL say it’s in pre-transit, idk y they can’t just scan them im paying them a lot of money each month”
