I was referred to them by Toyota for a bumper issue. They had to take it off to assess the issue and when they put it back on they set off a few sensors. When I called them about it they first told me to go to Toyota who said it would cost $500 to reset them. When I called these guys back they basically said "oh well this is the risk you take when doing this kinda job". This is a really unfair thing to say to someone because the bumper was just a minor cosmetic issue and if I knew about this risk then I would've never gone through with it. Customers should always be informed of the risks they take because now it'll cost me $500 to reset these sensors when they were NOT a problem before I took my car to these people. I'm just so disappointed because these guys seemed highly recommended.

My car was t boned by a reckless driver. I was referred to Becker by my insurance company. I was Leary at first. But when I spoke to the owner, he assured me everything will be all right. My car had damage on the passenger side and he took care of business. My car looked better than new. I was very pleased and I'm so glad I had my car taken care of.Thank you Becker.

I was referred to Beckers by Erie insurance company. I need major body work to my passenger side quarter panel. It took 12 days to fix and I couldn't ask for more. My car looks like brand new. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who wants excellent body work.Services: Painting

I dented the bed side on my 14 Ram 1500 with a bale spear, Becker's fixed it up perfectly without having to replace the whole bed side! I am very happy, thanks guys!

The best body shop I've encountered...and I've used a few! Always excellent results and a good turnaround time. This is the body shop that car dealers use and I can see why. Been here at least 5 times and I'll definitely be back.
