I have been doing personal training for 1-1/2 years now & that just elevated my fitness journey. I am at the lowest weight I’ve been in years, but not only that, I feel better than ever. I have done personal training with Atom & Amy, & they are the best, very knowledgeable. They have helped in everything, including my performance after my knee replacement. I have done classes with all the trainers, and they are all great. Each of the trainers will go out of their way to help you with any fitness goal you have. To add to the great trainers, the other gym members encourage & inspire you. I look forward to my workouts, & it never feels like a chore to go to the gym. I am happy to be a part of the AOF family.”

“If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been in and out of CrossFit since 2011 and have worked out all over the world. I can honestly say that this is the best and most technically proficient gym I’ve been to with the friendliest atmosphere.Classes are extremely organized and you can tell all the coaches have the right training and take their job very seriously. The atmosphere isn’t as competitive as a traditional CrossFit gym which is completely fine and works extremely well. It’s really health and fitness over competition.You can tell Matt the owner cares a lot about your individual experience. He spends lot of time making sure things are running smoothly and that everyone feels appreciated and taken care of.Again, I highly recommend CrossFit Newtown. You won’t be disappointed joining one bit.”

Jason is very knowledgable, the gym is clean with great quality equipment, and everyone is friendly and personable. “I joined Motivators during a free workout week. As an older man who trends to more cardio, I started having some knee issues and my jogs turned into walks.My wife insisted that I start some weight training to gain muscle, keep active and help lose/maintain weight.I now have been a member of the gym for four months, have lost 15lbs, strengthen my knees so that I can actually jog again (on my off gym days) and I owe it all to Kate (and my Wife for getting me to join).The workouts are moderate to intense and hour long, but broken up and different every day so you are never bored. The other members are very friendly with no attititudes, its a pleasure to workout with them in the morning!The cost of the membership may seem a bit high as compared to the sweat shops in the area, but you truly you get what you pay for with immediate results - you are never lost on what you are doing for a workout and a trainer is always by your side to help with positiong and necessary modifications. Feeling So Much Younger - It's a Good Place!”

Neil the assistant manager continues to assist the staff and I actually picking up machines or vacuum underneath them etc. The location is spotless! “I started doing kickboxing back up in November 2022, I was only doing 2-3 classes a week but I immediately started to notice my arms getting toned. I was surprised because I have joined so many workout groups prior to this including running a treadmill, weight training but the results were not as obvious as this. What I like about it is a good mix of cardio, resistance, toning and ab workout without necessarily lifting any weight. I have lost 5 inch of my waste, 2 inches from my hips, 10 ilbs of body fat and gained almost 8 ilbs of muscle. The key is to be patient with the classes and take the class seriously with the strikes when possible. I am now doing it 4 to 6 times a week. It's my medicine.”

“Training with Kal has been one of the best decisions I have ever made.Going on my 10th year at KPA, Coach Kal has been a crucial part of recovering from abdominal surgery, injury prevention, preparing for a collegiate & professional baseball season, and my overall health.Understanding each individual is different, Coach Kal goes well out of his way with passion to tailor a plan for each client. No one goes unnoticed. Being around KPA for some time, it is awesome to see the growth and watch Kal’s clients surpass their goals.He has worked assiduously with local athletes to exceed their goals of playing their respective sport at the NCAA level or higher (MLB & NFL players both current & alumni included, I’m sure I’m missing other sports) and the list is ever-growing. Tennis, bowling, soccer, gymnastics, body building, you name it, he will get you to the next level.If training comes up in conversation, my first and only recommendation is to train at KPA. “Been going to Dan Campos Fitness since 2018. It is “THE” best gym ever! I go to the 5:30 am classes mostly but if I can’t make it I go to the 6pm class, or sometimes I do both because I love it so much. Dan the owner is very creative with his workouts we do something different every time. He has the coolest equipment, you won’t find it at any other gyms. You don’t have to be a athlete or a pro to do his classes he makes it were he willModify it for you. He makes the classes fun and exciting, I never leave there disappointed. #teamdcf?”

“This is great overall workout that I would never get doing this on my own. Strength, cardio, fun and flexibility! Add to that the wonderful camaraderie with the other students which pushes you to do better. The owner, Marianne is a fabulous instructor as are the other teachers and they work really hard to give us the best and varied classes. There is in-person as well as online classes for flexibility. “The best gym environment ever! This gym is small, but has everything you need and more. I can’t say enough about it. The tanning beds have very strong bulbs and i’ve always had the best results from them, bathrooms are always kept very clean, all equipment works perfectly, and the staff are amazing. Being at this gym is very comforting especially when Jess is there! She is seriously the sweetest most genuine person i’ve ever met, and she works very hard for this gym. If you’re thinking about signing up for a gym this is the one for sure!!”

“Remede and it's coaches is def a different type of gym. It's a gym of all ages, shapes and sizes. Men and women working together for their own goals. The coaches CORRECT your form and work with you. They modify for you if you have any issues. The gym and people are welcoming! It's the type of gym that doesn't look for your wallet first! They all care about you and your goals no matter what they are. They motivate and push you to what you can do. I'm almost 50 and I know I do t compete with the 20+ year olds. The difference is we work together and there is no place like this. Don't get me wrong the classes are great and challenging. Strength class and Yoga are amazing as well. “This fitness center is a great gym to workout in. It’s very clean, a lot of equipment, professional, and all the people are very nice! I’ve been to multiple gyms and the owners Kim and Bill are two of the nicest people I’ve encountered. They are always pleasant and available for questions and concerns. Eric, the manager, is very personable and is always making sure the gym stays to par. My trainer, Jeff (with glasses), is great to work with. His knowledge and expertise from training over many years has helped me tremendously. Highly recommend him for anyone who needs a trainer. I’m hoping to stay at this gym for many years to come!”
